Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Nee, ik heb alleen gevraagd wanneer het orderboek open zou gaan. In mijn opinie is dat dezelfde vraag als je vraagt wanneer KPN zijn BAVA heeft oid.

    Ik vraag niet of het lukt en hoeveel ze ophalen? Het gaat mij meer om het tijdsperspectief.

    Wat is een hypothetische vraag(de mijne hier is oratorisch dus behoeft niet beantwoord te worden.

    Mijn idee is nog steeds dat gelet op het succes van de eerdere overtekening van de obligaties enige tijd terug de emissie ofwel niet plaats gaat vinden(ook gelet op de koers) dan wel voor een geringer bedrag.

    Bovendien zijn de roadshow alsmede de zwijgzaamheid van KPN aanwijzing dat er iets in het vat gegoten wordt waarmee men om allerlei redenen niet naar buiten wil komen aangezien men geen spaken tussen die wielen wil hebben zelfs als de kans daarop gering zou zijn behalve indien het in de plannen zou passen in welke richting dan ook.

    Maar een hogere koers vóór een emissie is altijd welkom uiteraard en dat heeft men nog niet als reactie op wat voor nieuws ook voor ogen althans niet op dit ogenblik.

    En rentes zijn(aftrekbare)kosten en de emissie geeft geen enkele verplichting(en inmiddels zelfs niet meer aan aandeelhouders).

    KPN ADDS DOLLAR HYBRID

    Elsewhere on Thursday, KPN, rated Baa2/BBB-/BBB- on a senior level, opened books on a 60-year non-call 10-year hybrid issue, setting guidance in the 7.50% area.

    The deal follows a roadshow, and the print of a two-part euro and sterling hybrid bond earlier this month, which represented the first high-yield rated offering of its kind in almost two-and-a-half years.

    Both of those slices were initially touted to be benchmark in size, but as books on the euro part hit in excess of €6.5bn and on the sterling part GBP3.3bn, they were confirmed at €1.1bn and GBP400m respectively.

    The euro bond priced with a coupon of 6.125% at a cash price of 99.478, the sterling part with a coupon of 7% at 99.326. By Thursday those were bid at 100.5 and 100 respectively, according to Tradeweb.

    Leads originally said that the company aimed to raise a total of €2bn equivalent across three tranches of hybrid bonds, suggesting that the company could print US$500-600m in dollars.

    'KPN rondt obligatieronde af'
    AMSTERDAM (AFN/BLOOMBERG) - KPN heeft het laatste deel van zijn hybride obligaties in de markt gezet. Dat meldde persbureau Bloomberg donderdag op basis van bronnen.

    Het laatste deel van de hybride obligaties betreft leningen in dollars. Eerder deze maand haalde KPN al 1,56 miljard euro op met vergelijkbare leningen in euro's en Britse ponden. KPN wil in totaal 2 miljard euro ophalen met hybride kapitaalinstrumenten, naast een claimemissie ter waarde van 3 miljard euro.

    De dollarleningen zouden een looptijd hebben van 60 jaar en kunnen over 10 jaar worden afgelost. De rente zou uitkomen op circa 7,5 procent.
