Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Uitgifte van 1250 obligaties van 100.000€ = 125Mio€
    Lanceringsdatum: 14/1/2020 - Uitgiftedatum (pricing): ca. 21/1/2020. Vervaldatum: 21/1/2025.
    Converteerbaar aan een verwachte conversieprijs met een premie tussen 35% en 40% “boven het meerdere van de volume gewogen gemiddelde prijs (VGGP) tussen lanceringsdatum en pricing”.
    Initiële aantal aandelen onderliggend aan de obligatie zal max. 62.433.000 bedragen.

    In concreto: conversieprijs wordt verwacht aan 125Mio€/62.433k = 2,002€/aandeel
    Verrekening van de premie: tussen 2,002/1,35 = 1,483 en 2,002/1,40 = 1,430.
    De VGGP wordt bepaald op basis van de koers tussen lancering en uitgifte, m.a.w. deze week.
    Ik verwacht dus dat de koers deze week blijft oscilleren tussen 1,430 en 1,483.

    Good news from China. U.S.-China trade deal includes patent linkage, other pharma IP protections

    China has agreed to implement patent linkage and patent term extension as part of the “phase one” trade deal signed Wednesday by President Donald Trump and Chinese Vice Premier Liu He.

    If China enforces the patent linkage provisions, the deal could be a major victory for multinational and Chinese manufacturers of innovative medicines.

    The lack of patent linkage has led to approvals of generic rivals years before the expiration of patents on blockbuster drugs (see “U.S. Drug Industry Hopes China Deal Ends Stealth Attack on IP”).

    Under the agreement, China committed to giving drug companies and their licensees notice before allowing the marketing of a drug or biologic that could infringe a patent. Drug companies will have the opportunity “to seek, prior to the marketing approval of an allegedly infringing product, civil judicial proceedings and expeditious remedies for the resolution of disputes concerning the validity or infringement of an applicable patent.”

    China has also agreed to provide “patent term extensions to compensate for unreasonable delays that occur in granting the patent or during pharmaceutical product marketing approvals.” The agreement defines an unreasonable delay as “a delay in the issuance of the patent of more than four years from the date of filing of the application in China, or three years after a request for examination of the application, whichever is later.”

    The deal allows China to limit patent term extensions to five years and to limit the resulting effective patent term to 14 years from the date of marketing approval in China.

    Furthermore, China has agreed to act to prevent the sale of counterfeit pharmaceuticals and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). It will share with the U.S. registration information about pharmaceutical raw material sites that have been inspected by Chinese regulatory authorities, as well as information from inspections.

    The provisions are intended to address concerns about contaminated and counterfeit APIs
