Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Dear reader,

    Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the “Company”, or together with its group companies “Just Eat Takeaway.com", announces that the Supervisory Board has decided that the voting item to reappoint Mr. Jörg Gerbig as Management Board member and COO has been withdrawn from the agenda of today’s Annual General Meeting of the Company (“AGM”).

    The Supervisory Board has recently been informed of a formal complaint regarding Jörg Gerbig relating to possible personal misconduct at a company event. The Company has initiated an investigation into the allegations in line with the Company’s Speak Up Policy and will engage an external expert to conduct the investigation.As the investigation is in its initial stage, no conclusions have been drawn.

    Mr. Gerbig is fully cooperating with the investigation and has informed the Supervisory Board that he has full confidence in the outcome. In order to avoid unnecessary uncertainties, the Company deems it important to confirm that the complaints were not related to financial or reporting obligations. Given the confidential nature of Speak Up Policy procedures and the requirement for a thorough process, recognising the privacy and interests of all involved, no additional information can be provided at this time.

    Formally Mr. Gerbig’s term will end at the closing of today's AGM and he will from that moment cease to be a Management Board member. This will continue at least until the end of the investigation. Mr. Gerbig may be put for re-election if the allegations are determined to be unfounded.

    Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the “Company”, or together with its group companies “Just Eat Takeaway.com", hereby announces that Mr. Adriaan Nühn will not be seeking re-election as Chairman.

    Mr. Nühn will therefore not be available for reappointment at today's Annual General Meeting of the Company (“AGM”) and consequently the related agenda item has been withdrawn. As a result, Mr. Nühn's term will end at the closing of today’s AGM. After the AGM, the Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board, Ms. Corinne Vigreux, will assume the duties of Chair of the Supervisory Board, and the Supervisory Board will initiate the process for finding a successor of Mr. Nühn.

    Just Eat Takeaway schrapt agendapunten jaarvergadering
    Voorzitter RvC stopt, en onderzoek naar COO.

    (ABM FN-Dow Jones) Just Eat Takeaway heeft besloten om twee agendapunten van de jaarvergadering te schrappen. Dit maakte de maaltijdbezorger woensdag voorbeurs bekend.

    Dit betekent dat er niet wordt gestemd over de herbenoemingen van operationeel directeur Jörg Gerbig en Adriaan Nühn, de voorzitter van de raad van commissarissen.

    Nühn heeft besloten geen nieuwe termijn te ambiëren als commissaris van Just Eat Takeaway. Dit betekent dat hij aan het einde van de jaarvergadering geen commissaris meer zal zijn. Vice-voorzitter Corinne Vigreux zal de taken van de voorzitter overnemen. Een vervanger voor Nühn zal worden gezocht. Verschillende aandeelhouders gaven al aan tegen de herbenoeming van Nühn te zullen stemmen vanmiddag.

    De herbenoeming van Gerbig is komen te vervallen, nadat de raad van commissarissen een formele klacht heeft ontvangen dat de COO zich tijdens een bedrijfsevenement zou hebben misdragen. De kwestie wordt momenteel onderzocht. Gerbig werkt hieraan mee en zegt het volste vertrouwen te hebben in de uitkomst van het onderzoek. Als blijkt dat Gerbig onschuldig is, kan hij alsnog worden herbenoemd voor een nieuwe termijn, aldus Just Eat Takeaway.

    De jaarvergadering vindt vanmiddag vanaf twee uur plaats in het Double Tree Hotel in Amsterdam.

    Kans op vijandige overname neemt nu toe denk ik.

    Voorzitter RvC dus weggestemd (zal wel voorgeinformeerd zijn mbt proxy votes). Enige stabiele persoon in RvB heeft een stagiaire lopen aanrijden oid op het ski-uitje?

    CFO gaat er straks ook uit en eigenlijk moet die Corinne Vigreux (TomTom) ook de laan uit, volstrekt incompetent.
