Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Virtu Financial may get Wells notice from SEC, stock falls 3% after hours

    Virtu Financial (NASDAQ:VIRT) stock fell 2.7% after hours on Friday as the financial services provider said it could receive a Wells notice from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
    The SEC is investigating aspects of Virtu's (VIRT) information access barriers. The company is cooperating with the civil investigation and has engaged in settlement discussions.
    If a settlement is not reached, Virtu (VIRT) believes it may receive a Wells Notice alleging violations of securities laws with respect to its information barrier policies in and around January 2018 to April 2019.
    "The company believes it would have meritorious defenses in the event of such an action and would plan to assert them," said Virtu (VIRT).
    The firm is currently the subject of reviews and investigations by state, federal and foreign regulators, including the SEC and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
    These matters may result in disciplinary action and/or a civil or administrative action.

    Het gaat kennelijk om iets wat zich tijdelijk heeft afgespeeld en nu dus geen probleem meer is. (van jan 2018 tot apr 2019)

    Er zal dus een boete komen. Nou is het gebruikelijk in de VS dat er een "settlement" wordt gedaan om een lange juridische procedure te voorkomen voor beide kanten.
    Vraag is, hoe hoog kan die boete worden?

    Lijkt wel erop dat het eenmalig is en dat heeft in normale omstandigheden geen echte invloed op de waarde van het bedrijf omdat het geen invloed heeft op toekomstige inkomensstromen.

    Ik vraag mij af wat er klopt aan dit bericht. Ik bedoel, er is gewoon geen koersreactie en dat is gewoon vreemd natuurlijk. (ook al zei ik dat het geen echte invloed zou kunnen hebben)

    Op de site van VIRT kan ik ook niks terugvinden van een of ander nieuwsbericht hierover.

    Ik heb ze weg gedaan. Het aandeel gaat al tijden niet lekker, ik zit eigenlijk overwogen in de sector en ik bemerk dat ik nieuws over waarom dingen gebeuren maar niet vinden kan. Behalve dat er behoorlijke insider selling is.

    Heb deze aandelen omgewisseld voor Shell, daar heb ik betere ervaringen mee en het is nog altijd aantrekkelijk geprijsd.

    Nee, dat zal de reden dan ook niet zijn.

    Het schijnt gewoon een sector dingetje te zijn. Dus net als bij de vorige dip voor de cijfers.
