Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Bij de overige (moderne) medicijnen tegen HAE zijn nogal wat risico's verbonden.
    Dus als de patient die neemt, dan krijgen ze ook nog eens extra vaccinaties, screening en testen voor hun kiezen.

    Bij Rhucin is 1 allergietest voldoende.

    In "Update on Treatment of Hereditary Angioedema", Asian Pac J Allergy Immunol 2012;30:89-98, Timothy J Craig, et al the researchers recommend that patients using pdC1inh meds (Cinryze - Cetor in EU and Berinert) should receive vaccinations for Hep A and B and screening for Hep B,C and E, HIV and parvovirus before initiation of C1inh, and yearly liver testing while on the medication.

    The new rhC1inh (Rhucin) still in clinical trials, is derived from rabbits so the risk of human blood-borne pathogens is not an issue, however all patients will be tested for allergies to rabbit prior to receiving Rhucin.

    Therapy with rhC1-INH will probably be limited to acute treatment because of the short half-life of the medication. It is anticipated to be used as an alternative in those unable or unwilling to receive blood products. For short-term prophylaxis as off-label use before dental, surgical, or other procedures, human derived C1-INH is being used. It has a longer half-life compared to ecallantide, icatibant or rh-C1INH and fewer risks than FFP. Danazol is also effective and a less expensive alternative for short-term prophylaxis and has minimal adverse effects when used as a short course of therapy. Except during the first two trimesters of pregnancy, it can be used safely, even in children.
    Presently, the HAE Association and many experts in the field are advocating for patient self-treatment of attacks at home. Attacks treated within the first 6 hours have faster relief of symptoms with less absenteeism and morbidity, and thus home therapy has advantages.

    Vraag me dan af waarom het human derived C1-INH een langere half-life zou hebben.

    Half-life, abbreviated t½, is the period of time it takes for the amount of a substance undergoing decay to decrease by half. The name was originally used to describe a characteristic of unstable atoms (radioactive decay), but it may apply to any quantity which follows a set-rate decay

    Dat is dus ook direct het aller grootst blijk van niet snappen van de eigen directie (brevet van onvermogen) waar het feitelijk om gaat.
    Want door alle achterstand die is opgelopen had dit natuurlijk opgepakt dienen te worden.
    self-treatment is door Sijmen persoonlijk afgedaan als onzin en weg gelachen.

    Maar daar staat tegenover dat Ruconest ook weer positieve kanten heeft Beets.
    Tijd zal veel duidelijk maken BV de verkoop 2Q Sobi.

    Stel dat de verkopen van Ruconest met 50% gestegen zijn, van 400000 euro naar 600000 euro, zet dat geen zoden aan de dijk bij een jaarbegroting van 18 miljoen euro.
    Wat hier vandaag gezegd werd, het bedrijf Pharming bestaat uit een obligatie-constructie. Dat heeft het bedrijf overeind gehouden.
    De koers is gewoon afgeslacht door deze constructie. Hemelschreiend , dat een CEO geen andere opties kon vinden dan beleggers kaal te scheren.
    Het is niet anders.
    Het zijn wel slimme jongens die zulke bedrijven runnen.

    Schokkend is als de Vries in de media klaagt dat hij geen obligaties meer kan uitgeven omdat de koers te laag staat en noodgedwongen nu zijn bedrijf te koop moet zetten.
    Dat bedrijven een keer geld ophalen op de beurs, is een normaal verschijnsel.
    Pharming is een liefdadigheidsinstelling geworden, die leeft van de giften van het volk zoals het Rode Kruis.
