Wat is er toch met wies aan de hand..
seekingalpha.com/article/3237006-noki...edelsteijnTomTom might split off their Maps Division and get German Car (BMW+Mercedes+Audi?) aboard (Volkswagen and Bosch already are). Bring that new and very promising company to the Nasdaq for 10b euro.
(40% TT, 30% German Car (BMW+Mercedes+VAG), 30% free float).
Markerleader in maps, traffic, cloud, software & services for (semi-) autonomous driving (ADAS + HAD), able to deliver that technology today and facing 10 years of spectacular growth.

wiesjeif you want to float a company, even if you have strong partners involved and you are unable to show beefy numbers for profits, this will never fly, it always ends in tears , the hype becomes a disappointment, no matter how well you package it also investment Bankers are no fools and if they know the partners are been let in on the basis of 3 bio and you think you can outsmart the investor to make him get in on the basis of 10 bio, you are in for a surprise TT whole market value is just over 2 bio Euro, so 10 bio $ for a spin off on the Maps, just on a bright future ? unlikely this will fly.
The real successful floats were mostly private companies going to the exchange and able to show sustained good solid earnings, all the others ended in failure, investors on the stock exchange have no mercy, even if the free float is limitedI am not seeing this, I think TT may be contemplating capitalizing selling the maps, it may take the stock up to 15 Euro
HG may be good, but he is no Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos, those guys are bigger than life, they get credit on their story, they are the exceptions. HG is an unknown in the US
