OSRAM’s ‘LED Light-for-You’ network boasts high-caliber service partners in the area of
LEDs. The online platform
www.ledlightforyou.com offers various optical, thermal and
electronic solutions in the area of LEDs.
Reinhard Pusch, Vice-President and CSO of RoodMicrotec, is pleased with the company’s
certification as LED partner for electronic solutions. ‘Our labs are already certified to the
ISO/IEC 17025 standard. We are delighted that we have been included in the LED
network in recognition of our focus on electro-optical measurements.’
RoodMicrotec tests both individual LEDs in various mountings and complete lighting units.
RoodMicrotec has comprehensive failure analysis laboratories for electrical and physical
testing as well as qualification testing in various conditions. Qualification, for example to
AEC-Q or ESCC, is carried out in accordance to ISO/IEC 17025 certification standard.
Test customers include companies in the aerospace, general lighting, railway signal
technology, medical and automotive sectors.
With its opto-electronics services, in particular for LEDs, laser diodes, including VCSEL,
