Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    £26 miljoen Rolls Royce en £80 miljoen Cambridge busbaan hangen weer als een molensteen om de nek en 10 tegen 1 dat je hierover van BAM niets hoort tot het noodlot heeft toegeslagen. Tot dan blijven de kwartaal ontwikkelingen 'uitdagend' Dan maar hopen dat het pond tegen die tijd door brexit wat minder zwaar weegt.

    Het is wel het Angelsaksische model van claimen, dus de kans is groot dat de schade (als die er is, kan dat niet beoordelen) uiteindelijk minder groot is voor BAM dan geëist.
    Daarbij: RR heeft het nu niet makkelijk, dus iets meer eisen is dan niet verrassend.

    Als ik dit artikel lees (https://www.transport-network.co.uk/Cambridge-and-BAM-Nuttall-prepare-for-another-legal-battle/16693), dan maak ik me nog niet zo heel veel zorgen. Het schadebedrag zal in elk geval nooit uitdraaien op 80 mln pond, mede omdat er al eens een 'settlement' is geweest.

    The troubled Cambridgeshire guided busway project has been beset by difficulties since its completion two years late in 2011 at a cost of £152m - the original price was £83.9m.

    In 2013 Cambridgeshire CC accepted a £33m payout from contractor BAM Nuttall to settle a long-running dispute over the cost of building the busway (pictured).

    Since thenfurther inspections of the busway have raised concerns that there may have inherent design flaws, leading to a high risk of ‘possibly catastrophic’ structural failure.

    A council spokesperson said: 'We have lodged a formal claim with the court and are proceeding with legal action against BAM Nuttall. The claim is for the cost to repair defects on the Guided Busway. This follows a thorough review and advice from external legal and technical experts, who have assessed the work and the contract.

    'BAM Nuttall are defending the claim and if this continues the claim will have to be heard by the courts and a potential trial is unlikely to be until the end of 2021 or possibly 2022.

    'It would be inappropriate to comment further while legal proceedings are active.'

    A spokesperson for BAM Nuttall said: 'Since the busway opened in 2011 passenger numbers have grown 47%. The busway is a fantastic piece of transport infrastructure which has performed consistently and reliably.

    'In the six years since the council’s consultants alleged that the busway would need hundreds of interventions each month; this has not come to pass. The engineering evidence shows that it will not come to pass in the future.

    'BAM has long sought to work with the council to address its concerns. We’ve assured the council, on many occasions, that anything wrong with the busway design, for which BAM Nuttall is responsible, we’ll put it right

    'It’s disappointing that the council is progressing the matter through litigation in the High Court. Our next step is to explore the details of Cambridgeshire County Council’s claim.

    'BAM is confident that we’ll demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the court that the design of the busway is not fundamentally defective and doesn’t require the remedial works, which the council claims.'

    Dat las ik ja, maar het staat er ook niet helemaal los van. En BAM heeft al aangegeven eventuele problemen op te willen lossen. Misschien valt dat binnen een servicecontract (onderdeel totale aannemerssom?) eventueel is het aanvullend.

    beurs loopt weer gesmeerd, KLM technisch failliet Transavia op het randje en een fraaie plus van ruim 5%. Men heeft meer vertrouwen in de luchtvaart dan in de bouw, terwijl Bam de belastingbetaler al aardig tegemoet is gekomen met de Zeeperdsluis waar KLM slechts belastinggeld kost.
