Kunt u een instrument niet vinden?

Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Das een goede vraag, daar zit hem nou net het verschil!

    Een drukker zet de koers nooit steeds op de laatprijs, maar systematisch steeds
    terug op biedkoers!

    Alleen een verkoper werkt op deze manier!

    In July 2010, we entered into a technology license and royalty agreement with MDx Health (formerly Oncomethylome Sciences, S.A.). Under the license agreement, MDx Health granted us an exclusive, worldwide license to sell products, and a U.S. license to sell services, in the field of in vitro diagnostic testing of fecal samples for detection of colorectal cancer and colorectal pre-cancer to certain patents and patent applications related to DNA methylation biomarkers. The licensed patents and patent applications contain both method and composition-of-matter claims. The jurisdictions covered by these patents and patent applications include the U.S., Canada, the European Union, China and Japan. Under the agreement, we are obligated to make commercially reasonable efforts to bring to market products using the licensed MDx Health patents. We paid MDx Health $100,000 upon executing the agreement in July 2010 and we are required to pay MDx Health a minimum royalty fee of $100,000 on each anniversary of the agreement for the life of the contract. We are also required to pay MDx Health $100,000 upon the first commercial sale of a licensed product after the receipt of FDA approval, $150,000 after we have reached net sales of $10 million of a licensed product after receipt of FDA approval, $750,000 after we have reached net sales of $50 million, and $1 million after we have reached net sales of $50 million in a single calendar year. We are also required to pay MDx Health a low single digit royalty on our net sales of products and services using the licensed patents. Unless earlier terminated by the parties in accordance with the agreement, the license agreement will remain in effect until the last of the licensed patents expires in 2028.

    Has anybody done a projection to 2028 ( I think Wijma?)for this agreement in terms of money to be received?

    In the last quarter of 2016, the Company beta launched its second liquid biopsy test, AssureMDx for Bladder Cancer. The launch followed the publication of two clinical validation studies underscoring the test's clinical validity. AssureMDx has a very high negative predictive value of 99% and may significantly reduce unnecessary invasive and costly cystoscopy procedures. With 700,000 cystoscopy procedures performed in the US every year, AssureMDx addresses a potential $300 million market in the US, and is scheduled for commercial launch in the US as an LDT by the end of the first half of 2017.

    Jan only speaks of the USA at the moment for AssureMdx by June 2017?

    Any indication given for a Europe launch that you might have heard about?

    Er is niet meer dan genoeg cash, jullie maken daarin allemaal een denkfout!

    En daarnaast jullie kennen Jan zijn plannen niet, misschien pakt hij het wel nog grootser aan waardoor de cash burn flink kan toenemen.

    Als de omzet inderdaad zo flink zal stijgen dan heeft hij meer geld nodig om die omzet te kunnen voorfinancieren.

    Vriendjes bedienen daar gaat het niet om.

    Een stevige Nasddaq notering daar geloof ik wel in, met het geld daaruit kan hij
    veel sneller zijn plannen uitvouwen, dom als hij dat niet zou doen.

    So depending "when" you invested in MDXH you might be in the money or still lose some money.

    And if you bought 2 weeks ago you are indeed in the minus territory.

    Not to my aknowledgment, but here's an interesting thought:
    when Exas will make a 700mio turnover on cologuard, MDXhealth will receive 31.5mio royalties.
    That's a bit more than last year's turnover.. no cash flow required

    Yes we can look forward to that. exact sciences has indicated the following for 2017 already

    "The company anticipates revenue of $170-$180 million and Cologuard volume of at least 415,000 completed tests during 2017. During the first quarter of 2017, the company expects Cologuard volume of at least 88,000 completed tests. "

    This is a doubling on 2016 so for 2018,2019 it will be interesting to see what happens....
