Kunt u een instrument niet vinden?

Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

The company has been informed by the financiers that it is envisaged that Imtech Marine will be sold to Pon Holdings and Parcom Capital and that a sales process for the Nordic division is ongoing and expected to be concluded in the short term.

    As of today, no companies of the Imtech group other than the companies mentioned above and Imtech Germany are subject to insolvency proceedings. Royal Imtech has been assured by the trustees in bankruptcy that they are geared to preserve as many Imtech group companies as possible in the interests of all creditors, employees and other stakeholders. Royal Imtech has been informed by the financiers that a number of parties have expressed a genuine interest to take over viable parts of the business.

    It is noted that as Imtech's divisions, including Marine and Nordic have been pledged to Imtech's financiers, the financiers are entitled to all proceeds of any sale or other transaction in relation to those companies. It is not envisaged that Royal Imtech and its shareholders will enjoy financial benefit from any such current or future transactions.

    To facilitate the process set out above and transactions to further secure as much as possible the interests of creditors and jobs of as many employees as possible, it is conceivable that Imtech subsidiaries will be granted suspension of payments or will be declared bankrupt. The trustees in bankruptcy will decide whether and when such steps will be taken.

    Wat een stelletje ratten!! De financiers krijgen de goede delen, aandeelhouders kunnen fluiten naar een stukje......

    Echt te bizar voor woorden.

    Totale onduidelijkheid over de situatie, en dan je aandeelhouders zo buitenspel zetten. Ja,...de gewone aandeelhouders dan wel te verstaan. De banken zullen vast (als zijnde financiers) gedacht hebben, laat dat aandeeldeel maar weg vallen....

    Vriend ik zal het nog recht in die giechels zeggen ook !!
    Ik heb in afgelopen 5 weken 40x gewaarschuwd.
    Vanaf koersje 4 ja !!

    Je spoort gewoon neit om in dit fonds je geld te steken als er zovele anderen fondsen zijn. Waarom nou in IMTECH?
    Dan spoor je niet,....benje niet van deze wereld....en snap je NIKS van het wereldje.

    Wil het nog wel 100x herhalen voor je ?

    Ik ben blij dat ik niet veel belegd had in Imtech. Maar ik vind het schandalig.

    Als je hoort dat het om een financiering van 75 mln gaat ... had dan de goede delen verkocht voor die 75 mln (en vermoedelijk meer)
    Had Duitsland geheel afgebroken, of tot een uiterst klein bedrijf gereduceerd,....

    Echt te bizar voor woorden dat men zo heeft aan lopen kloten!!!
