    Op de kop af een jaar geleden van die typische nieuwkomers hier in de KK die het allemaal zo verschrikkelijk goed weten en alleen maar met denigrerende opmerkingen en aanmerkingen kunnen komen.

    Maar een echte visie ontbrak totaal, alleen wat gebrul...zie de verdere postings...dat het bedrijf failliet zou gaan.

    Na enkele maanden zag je de poster niet meer, na al zijn gif hier gespoten te hebben.

    En nu een jaar later bij bijna een verviervoudigi9ng van de koers...

    Nu is hij helemaal verdwenen.

    Het zijn toch van die lekkere KK-bezoekers....
    Het is maar goed dat we hier al langer rondlopen en ons niet gek laten maken door dat soort binnenwippers en snel-wegblijvers.

    Alcatel-Lucent kondigt aandelenuitgifte aan

    RIJS (AFN) - De Franse producent van netwerk- en communicatieapparatuur wil circa 955 miljoen euro ophalen met de uitgifte van nieuwe aandelen. Dat maakte het bedrijf maandag bekend. Het wil daarnaast meer financiële armslag verkrijgen door de uitgifte van 750 miljoen dollar (556 miljoen euro) aan obligaties en met een nieuwe kredietlijn van 500 miljoen euro.

    Alcatel-Lucent is bezig met een grote reorganisatie die het bedrijf uit de verliezen moet helpen. De komende jaren komen 10.000 van de in totaal 72.000 arbeidsplaatsen te vervallen, zo werd een kleine maand geleden bekendgemaakt. Ook in Nederland verdwijnen enkele tientallen banen. Daarnaast wil het technologiebedrijf kapitaal vrijspelen door de verkoop van onderdelen.

    Concernant l'augmentation de capital, chaque actionnaire recevra un DPS par action enregistrée comptablement à l'issue de la séance du 18 novembre. La souscription des actions nouvelles sera réalisée au prix de 2,10 euros à raison de huit actions nouvelles pour 41 actions existantes, entraînant l'émission de 454,7 à 460 millions d'actions nouvelles.

    Le prix de souscription fait apparaître une décote faciale de 29,3% par rapport au cours de clôture NYSE Euronext à Paris de l'action du 1er novembre, de 21,6% par rapport à la moyenne pondérée du dernier mois.

    La période de souscription des actions nouvelles débutera le 19 novembre et se terminera le 29 novembre inclus. Durant cette période, les DPS seront cotés et négociables sur Euronext Paris. Les actions nouvelles seront admises aux négociations à compter du 9 décembre et immédiatement assimilées aux actions existantes à compter de leur date d'admission.

    Winst gepakt op mijn sprinters. Direct nieuwe positie ingenomen met nieuwe sprinters long met een hogere stoploss. Deze stijging gaat denk ik nog wel even door.

    Zou inderdaad kunnen maar ik had dat bij Nokia eigenlijk ook verwacht!
    Daar blijft het ook alleen bij Microsoft helaas.

    We wachten af eerst maar eens een bod dan kijken we wel verder ;)

    Paris, November 6, 2013 - Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU), and Rostelecom,Russia's leading national service provider, have announced the operational launch of the Europe-Persia Express Gateway (EPEG) project across Russia.

    Following extensive project testing, the Russian section of the network will be put into commercial operation, enabling Rostelecom to offer ultra-broadband transit across Russia, and helping it meet growing global demand for broadband and other data services.

    Spanning more than 3,500 kilometers of Russia from the Ukraine border to Azerbaijan and Georgia, the network boosts capacity up to 8 terabits per second (Tbps) over a single optical pair, each the width of a human hair.
