(TSX VENTURE:SD)(FRANKFURT:SY7)(OTCBB:SIDNF) Sidon International Resources Corp. wishes to announce that it has entered into an option agreement with an arms length vendor to acquire 6 contiguous claim blocks consisting of 2668 hectares (approximately 6,591acres). These claims are in the vicinity of the recent discovery made by Decade Resources Ltd. and Mountain Boy Minerals on its Red Cliff property. Decade Resources Ltd. and Mountain Boy Minerals recently announced (Sept. 3, 2009) drilling results of 7.3 grams per ton of gold across 28.3 metres and 5.78 grams per ton across 28.4 metres and 7.5 grams per ton gold across 32.5 metres.

Lithium One's Korean partner adds two more participants to JV for Sal de Vida project in Argentina

Lithium One (TSX-V: LI) said Friday that its partner, state-owned Korea Resource Corp, has added two more Korean participants, namely LG International and GS Caltex, to the joint venture for developing Lithium One's Sal de Vida Lithium Brine project in Argentina.

The Korean consortium, comprised of the three companies, will share equally in the option to earn a 30% interest in the joint venture company that will be established to develop Sal de Vida.

LG International specializes in natural resources exploration and development projects, while GS Caltex is one of the largest energy companies in Korea, owned by GS Holdings and Chevron.
