    TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 23, 2009) - Colossus Minerals Inc. ("Colossus" or "the Company") (TSX:CSI) is pleased to announce that, pursuant to the partnership agreement dated July 16, 2007 between Colossus and its joint venture partner, Coomigasp, as amended on December 17, 2007, April 10, 2008, and September 4, 2009, Colossus has completed its earn‐in for a 75% interest in the joint venture company which operates the Serra Pelada Project. This represents an increase from a previous 51% ownership interest in the project and was obtained by spending an additional $R12.0 million. Total expenditures on exploration and development for the 75% interest now amount to R$18.0 million (approximately US$10.6 million). The 75% ownership interest in the joint venture company was accepted by regulatory authorities in Brazil on November 17, 2009 with an effective date of September 24, 2009, being the date when the registration application was filed.

    "Our aggressive exploration and development timeline has resulted in the Company completing its 75% earn‐in commitment in an expedited time frame," commented Ari Sussman, CEO. "We intend to continue on a similar path in developing the Serra Pelada Project."

    Geen onbelangrijk bericht. Nu kansen op 75% van de winst op het project Serra Pelada. De drillings gaan door en ik laat me graag verrassen.

("Colossus" or "the Company") (TSX:CSI) announces that the outstanding unexercised common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") issued in connection with Colossus' March 2009 public offering expired at 4:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on November 27, 2009.

    Prior to their expiry, an aggregate of 5,965,625 Warrants, representing 100% of the Warrants issued in March 2009, were exercised for aggregate proceeds of C$16,107,187.

    Ik denk en hoop dat de koers de laatste tijd fors is gedrukt door deze warrants. Nu met de huidige goudprijs zou de rem er wel eens af kunnen gaan. Vandaag in ieder geval +8%(CAD 6.20).

    Uiteraard staan er bij Colossus nog meer warrants uit, maar zo rond een expiratie gebeuren er koersbewegingen die vooraf niet zo goed verklaarbaar zijn. De koers van Colossus is een tijd lang onder het niveau van de laatste emissiekoers van 30 september 2009 van CAD 5.75 gebleven, terwijl de POG duidelijk stijgend was. POG 30 sept 2009: USD 995 tegen POG 30 nov 2009: USD 1.175.

    Uiteraard zullen er bij volgende expiraties weer dips in de koers mogelijk zijn. Ik zal er alert op blijven en heb de volgende data in mijn agenda genoteerd: 12 feb 2010 en 10 mrt 2011.

    Theoretisch is de koers van Colossus gelijk aan de contante waarde van de toekomstige winsten, maar in deze fase waarin niet eens duidelijk is hoeveel ounces er in de grond zitten blijft het voor een ieder een beetje koffiedik kijken.

    Omdat dit gat in de grond toch wel uniek in de wereld is en de drillresultaten bemoedigend blijven en er voldoende geld is om voorlopig door te drillen blijf ik als aandeelhouder zitten totdat duidelijk is wie de overnemende partij zal worden of dat Colossus dit in eigen beheer gaat doen. Colossus heeft er een duidelijke mening over, er kijken al een fors aantal major mijnbedrijven mee in de boekhouding (zie interview van CEO Ari Sussman)

    has received approval by the Departamento Nacional de Producao Mineral (Brazilian Department of Mining and Energy) for the Final Exploration Report (Relatorio Final de Pesquisa) on the Serra Pelada Project. Approval of the Final Exploration Report represents an important first step in the mine permitting process in Brazil.

    After receipt of funds from 5,965,625 Warrants exercised in November 2009, the Company is well financed with a current cash position of approximately C$103 million.

    TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 26, 2010) - Colossus Minerals Inc. ("Colossus" or the "Company") (TSX:CSI) Colossus is issuing this press release to respond to rumours circulated earlier today regarding the status of the environmental approvals for the Company's Serra Pelada project.

    Earlier today the Brazilian environmental agency Para State, COEMA (Conselho Estadual de Meio Ambiente), responsible for evaluating and approving or denying environmental impact studies met to consider the environmental application of Colossus and Coomigasp for the Serra Pelada project.

    Het volgende bericht bevestigt dat er al diverse mensen met voorkennis in de markt waren, anders kan de koers toch niet zo fors omhoog in 1 dag zonder PB?

    Wel goed te lezen dat er waarschijnlijk een environmental permit aan zit te komen.

    Toronto, Ontario – Colossus Minerals Inc. (“Colossus”) is pleased to announce that a Preliminary Environmental License (the "License") has been issued for the Serra Pelada Project held by Serra Pelada Companhia de Desenvolvimento Mineral (“SPC”) a joint venture company controlled by Colossus and of which COOMIGASP (Cooperative de Mineração dos Garimpeiros de Serra Pelada) is the minority shareholder.

    The approval of the License by COEMA, the Environmental Council of Para State, Brazil constitutes a decision that the Serra Pelada Project, including the facilities associated with the proposed precious metal mine, processing plant and all related infrastructure and access, such as roads and powerlines, are environmentally feasible.

    The License contains all of the conditions for issuance of the balance of the environmental permits required for the Serra Pelada Project, namely an Installation License for construction and an Operating License for operating activities. These conditions were specified in COEMA's meeting held on February 26, 2010 and were all consistent with the Environmental Impact Statement filed by SPC when it applied for the License. The approval follows an extensive technical review and public hearing process conducted by the Para State Environmental Control Secretariat. Throughout this process the Serra Pelada Project was overwhelmingly supported by local communities.

    Het zal op de koers niet veel doen, dit is denk ik al ingecalculeerd.

    Toch een lekkere stap voorwaarts.
