Dit zou je nog aan Mayne kunnen wijten, Mithra treft hier in mijn opinie geen schuld. Donesta loopt vertraging op door Covid-19. Mithra treft hier geen schuld. Estelle zit op schema voor lancering in 2021.
    Het is hier al vaak herhaald: geen grote triggers in 2020. Het is wachten op 2021. Dat geldt voor de kleine belegger, maar evengoed voor Fornieri, Coucke en Versluys, die hun aandelen ook nog niet van de hand gedaan hebben. In tussentijd niet elke dag naar het koersverloop kijken, daar word je niet gelukkig van.

    Since its IPO in 2015, Mithra had expressed its ambition to become a leading international player in the women's health sector. Focused on research and development, the Belgian biotech company then expanded its range of activities by perfecting the operationalization of its innovative products. This strategy has resulted in the gradual evolution of the different functions within the company. Five years later, Mithra counts nearly 350 employees and is on the brink of the potential commercialization of its first innovative product: the contraceptive pill Estelle®. In order to support and accelerate this development, the renewal of the directors appeared an essential step to the entire board .

The new board will also be distinguished by a greater number of independent directors.

    • Koen Hoffman, CEO of Value Square and previously CEO of KBC Securities (independent director)
    • Gaëtan Servais, CEO of the investment fund Noshaq (non-executive director)
    • Jean-Michel Foidart, Perpetual Secretary of the Royal Academy of Medicine (Academy of Medicine, Prof. Ordinary Gyneco) (Executive Director)
    • Christian Moretti, previously CEO of the European leader in chemistry PCAS Biosolution (non-executive director)
    • François Fornieri, CEO of Mithra (Executive Director)

    Jean Stéphenne, former CEO of GSK Biologicals, who has held a number of senior positions in several pharmaceutical and biotech companies since his departure, is expected to add his expertise from mid-2021, based on his current primary mission: the development of a Covid-19 vaccine in the German biotech company CureVac. investors.mithra.com • 2

    Ajit Shetty will be the proposed candidate for the renewed Chair of the Board.     Until the Extraordinary General Meeting that will be charged with approving this proposal for renewal of the board of directors, Patricia van Dijck will assume the chairmanship ad interim of the Board of Directors following the resignation of its chairman and certain directors.

    Als ik dit draadje teruglees, maar ook op het nieuws mbt dit bedrijf kan ik niet ontdekken waarom het gemiddeld koersdoel op verscheidene sites boven de 30 ligt. Dat betekent dat er een groei het komende jaar wordt verwacht van meer dan 80%. Is dit realistisch op basis van wat er in de pijplijn zit tussen nu en pak 'm beet eind 2021?
