Kunt u een instrument niet vinden?

Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Vandaag wordt er weer goed nieuws verwacht en de koers loopt er weer op vooruit.
    Dan maak ik daar graag weer gebruik van en dat was de reden dat ik er gisteren weer veel ingekocht had.
    Ik ben er niet van overtuigd dat de stijging doorzet , en dat het volatiel zal blijven , dan lijkt me dit de beste optie op dit moment.
    Overigens is er maar een klein deel uitgevoerd , dus ik heb er nog genoeg :-)

    Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. ("SIHNV" or the "Company") announces that the District Court of Amsterdam (the "Court") has today issued an order confirming (homologeren) SIHNV's composition plan (akkoord).

    The Court's order will become final, SIHNV's suspension of payments procedure will terminate and SIHNV's composition plan will become binding (verbindendverklaard) following an eight-day period if no appeal is lodged within that period. The decision of the Court follows the unanimous approval of the SIHNV composition plan by the 15 member committee of representation on 8 September 2021.

    Louis du Preez, Chief Executive Officer and Management Board member, said:
    "While our task is not yet complete, this judgment is a further significant milestone in concluding the global litigation settlement. With the decision of the Dutch committee of representation and the Court, together with the positive voting in all of the recent claimant meetings in South Africa, we have seen overwhelming support for our global settlement proposal. We will continue to work on the final approvals required that will allow us to deliver the financial compensation detailed in the settlement proposal."

    The Company has a primary listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the JSE Limited.

    Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. ("SIHNV" of de "Vennootschap") maakt bekend dat de Arrondissementsrechtbank van Amsterdam (de "Rechtbank") vandaag een bevel heeft uitgevaardigd waarin het akkoord van SIHNV wordt bevestigd (homologeren).

    De uitspraak van de rechtbank wordt definitief, de surseanceprocedure van SIHNV wordt beëindigd en het samenstellingsplan van SIHNV wordt bindend na een termijn van acht dagen als er binnen die termijn geen beroep is ingesteld. De beslissing van de rechtbank volgt op de unanieme goedkeuring van het SIHNV-samenstellingsplan door de 15 leden tellende commissie van vertegenwoordiging op 8 september 2021.

    Louis du Preez, Chief Executive Officer en lid van de Raad van Bestuur, zei:
    "Hoewel onze taak nog niet is voltooid, is dit vonnis een nieuwe belangrijke mijlpaal in het afronden van de wereldwijde geschillenregeling. Met de beslissing van de Nederlandse commissie van vertegenwoordiging en de rechtbank, samen met de positieve stemming in alle recente vergaderingen van eisers in Zuid Afrika, hebben we overweldigende steun gezien voor ons wereldwijde schikkingsvoorstel. We zullen blijven werken aan de laatste vereiste goedkeuringen die ons in staat zullen stellen de financiële compensatie te leveren die wordt beschreven in het schikkingsvoorstel."

    Het bedrijf heeft een primaire notering aan de Frankfurt Stock Exchange en een secundaire notering aan de JSE Limited.
