Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones)--Abbott (ABT) is tot een akkoord gekomen met Alere over een overname van laatstgenoemde. Dit maakten de Amerikaanse biotechbedrijven maandag voorbeurs bekend.

    Aandeelhouders van Alere kunnen $56,00 per aandeel in contanten tegemoet zien, waarmee Alere op $5,8 miljard wordt gewaardeerd. Alere zal als dochterbedrijf van Abbott de activiteiten vervolgen.

    Na afronding van de overname verwacht Abbott een omzet van ruim $7 miljard te realiseren, waarmee het concern de marktpositie voor diagnoses versterkt. De overname moet vanaf 2019 jaarlijks circa $500 miljoen voor belastingen aan synergievoordelen opleveren.

    Het bestuur van zowel Abbott als Alere ging reeds akkoord met de overname. Aandeelhouders en toezichthouders moeten nog hun goedkeuring geven.

    In de elektronische handel voorbeurs noteerde het aandeel Alere 46,6%hoger, terwijl Abbott een winst van 0,4% liet optekenen.

    In line with its strategy of preventative care, one of Salubrity’s first steps is the introduction of genetic screening services through an exclusive partnership with Genoma, a Swiss-based leader in clinical diagnostics.

    Ja dat klopt dat was een mooie aankoop vorige week. Mijn inziens staat de koers veel en veel te laag. Is wachten tot we positieve berichten gaan krijgen. De laat kant is ook vrij leeg. Als er weer een bestens koper komt van 16 k dan staan we op 2,35.
