    LBi welcomes Project Holland Fonds as a new shareholder
    Amsterdam (the Netherlands), 10 August 2011 - LBi International N.V. (NYSE Euronext symbol: LBI), Europe's largest marketing and technology agency is pleased to announce that it has been notified that investment fund Project Holland Fonds has purchased shares in LBi and today holds 5.67% of the outstanding share capital. Luke Taylor, CEO of LBi: 'We are pleased to have Project Holland Fonds on board as one of our larger minority shareholders. They show strong commitment and belief in our strategic ambitions and growth potential.'

    The management team of Project Holland Fonds: 'We are convinced that LBi is poised to benefit from sustainable long term market trends as business will continue its shift from offline to online. We see good opportunities for future growth and are keen to support LBi in the further roll out of their business model and execution of their growth plans.'

    Project Holland Fonds is an independent Amsterdam-based investment fund which focuses on high-quality Dutch small and medium-sized listed companies. The fund strives for potential shareholdings in the 5-30% range and positions itself as an engaged long term shareholder. Initial investors in the fund are Rabobank and Delta Lloyd.
