Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Ritskes is nog steeds CEO van OIM PLC

    Ronald Verhoef is al 2 jaar CFO van OIM PLC en is nu ook director. Hartung en Krafft zijn immers pas opgestapt.

    De halfjaarcijfers zijn (bewust) niet gepubliceerd om de aandelenhandel van Mercurius Beleggingsmaatschappij te dwarsbomen. De board heeft immers ruzie met de grootste aandeelhouder Mercurius / Henk Stienstra.

    Het ziet er naar uit dat Mercurius straks een verplicht bod moet uitbrengen op alle aandelen. Daarom ook het enorm hoge volume vorige week. Het zal mij niet verbazen als ze meer dan 1 euro moeten gaan betalen.

    Dat de handel in OIM opgeschort is, lijkt mij voor de aandeelhouder positief. Je zult ze nu maar verkopen rond de 50 cent, terwijl je er straks het dubbele voor krijgt.

    Een goeie actie van de board dus.

    Hallo,Ik ben nieuw hier bij IEX maar ik volg al een tijdje het forum rond OIM. Ik heb ook de laatste weken OIM gevolgd en heb een redelijk aantal aandelen hiervan.Ik ben beetje bang dat dit niet zo goed zal aflopen maar ik vind hieromtrent niet veel info van.Wat denken jullie? dank bij voorbaat

    - Concert Party Ruling -

    March 5, 2014

    The Board of Directors of OIM plc (the "Company") has been informed by the UK Takeover Panel that it considers Mercurius Beleggingsmaatschappij BV ("Mercurius") and Budeste Maastricht BV ("Budeste") (being both shareholders in the Company thought to be controlling respectively 30,13% and 12,88% of the voting rights) to be persons acting in concert for the purposes of the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "UK Code").

    The UK Takeover Panel is an independent statutory body in the United Kingdom whose main function is to administer the UK Code and to supervise and regulate takeovers and other matters to which the UK Code applies. As the Company is incorporated in the United Kingdom, it is subject to the provisions of the UK Code and falls within the jurisdiction of the UK Takeover Panel.

    This decision by the UK Takeover Panel follows the 2011 acquisition by Budeste of 2.524.791 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.

    As a result of this decision, the UK Takeover Panel has also determined that Mercurius and Budeste (together, the "Concert Party") should dispose of a sufficient number of shares in the Company so as to reduce its voting rights in the Company to 30,13 %. Until such time as such sufficient number of shares are disposed of, the voting rights in respect of the shares held by the Concert Party are suspended, limiting the total number of shares which they would be entitled to vote at any shareholders meeting at 4.772.326 shares or 30,13 % of the maximum number of votes exercisable at such meeting if all shares were to be present or represented.

    Investeerders OIM moeten belang afbouwen

    LONDEN (AFN) - Grootaandeelhouders Mercurius en Budeste van het Belgische beursfonds Opportunity Investment Management moeten hun gezamenlijke belang in het in Groot-Brittannië gevestigde fonds afbouwen tot maximaal 30,1 procent. Dat heeft een Britse toezichthouder woensdag bepaald.

    OIM-topman Marius Ritskes beschuldigde investeringsmaatschappij Mercurius van vastgoedbelegger Henk Stienstra er vorig jaar van een groter belang te hebben in het fonds dan hij zelf aangaf. Door een te laag belang te melden zou hij de verplichting tot een openbaar bod willen ontlopen.

    Mercurius zou beschikken over 30,13 procent van de stemrechten bij het fonds en via Budeste Maastricht nog eens 12,88 procent van de stemmen hebben. Het UK Takeover Panel stelt nu ook vast dat de twee partijen samenwerken. Zij moeten nu hun gezamenlijke stemrecht afbouwen tot maximaal 30,13 procent.

    Ritskes is de topman van versnellingsbakkenfabrikant Antonov, dat zijn beursnotering in Amsterdam vorig jaar verloor. Ook oud-Antonovbaas Jos Haag is bestuurder bij OIM.
