Kunt u een instrument niet vinden?

Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Was het niet bekend dat deze heer Muller de grootste speculant in Nederland is. Werd altijd al voor gewaarschuwd. Maar ja, de kortzichtige beleggers lusten er wel pap van. Overigens niet onlogisch. Is namelijk inherent aan de Westerse inhaligheid. Eigenlijk droevig, hoe de laatste 20 jaar de maatschappij achter het grote geld aanrent.

    Ik volg het aandeel al jaartje. Heb begin dit jaar mooi ritje gemaakt vanaf 3.50! Ik wacht op een leuk moment om weer in te stappen!

    Victor Muller kennende denk ik dat hij wel met positief nieuws komt. Dat zou het aandeel voor de korte termijn een boost geven, maar voor de lange termijn zie ik het heel sober in.

    Tot de positeve nieuws zal het aandeel wel verder zakken denk ik. Ik ga rond 3 euro instappen (mocht het zover zakken). En dan hopen op positief nieuws en dan sta je in no time weer rond 4.50-5.00 euro!!

    Bij dit soort aandelen maak je 4 leuke ritjes en bij de vijfde ben je alles in 1 keer kwijt. Grote risico's en hopen op de grote geluksfactor, heeft niets met beleggen te maken, pure speculatie. Maar ja, wellicht leuker dan het casino? :-)

    Castriota is volgens mij alleen maar voor bepaalde projecten ingehuurd. Hij heeft naast zijn "werk" bij Saab nog gewoon zijn eigen designbureau.

    Muller doet wel net alsof Castriota exclusief voor Saab werkt, maar dat is bullshit. Hij doet wat ontwerp dingetjes voor Saab en krijgt daar ongetwijfeld heel dik voor betaald van zijn grote vriend Muller.

    Ik had beloofd dat ik nog eens zou uitrekenen hoeveel Muller nu daadwerkelijk heeft weggepist de afgelopen jaren. Hierbij de resultaten:

    In het Spyker tijdperk (2001-2009) heeft hij het gepresteerd om op een cumulatieve omzet van 56,299 miljoen een respectabel verlies te lijden van opgeteld 133,634 miljoen. Oftewel een verlies van 2,5 keer de omzet en dat over een periode van 9 jaar. Alle 9 zonder zwarte cijfers uiteraard.

    Saab heeft gelukkig nog wat omzet, maar toch. In 2010 en Q1 van 2011 is het verlies 290,295 miljoen op een omzet van 1,076,377.

    Opgeteld heeft hij dus in 10 jaar tijd 423,929 miljoen verloren. Respectabele cijfers!

    Vladimir Antonov invest 1 billion

    According to SvD (English translation) who has spoken to Lars Carlström, Mr. Vladimir Antonov wants to invest 1 billion SEK (€111.4 million) into SAAB. Mr. Antonov feels frustrated with not being let into Saab. As far as we can understand, he is in a process with the EIB to get an approval as a part-owner. In the article, Lars states that they don’t understand why the process is taking so long.

    “The NDO has already given its recommendation to let Mr Antonov into Saab. We would have been grateful if the Swedish Government would show support for this and issue some kind of guidelines for how they feel, but this they have not done,” Lars said.

    According to Lars Carlström, Mr Antonov has capacity to enter with half a billion SEK but as much as 1 billion to safeguard Saabs future.

    “Considering the small amounts of money needed for Saab to have a working business its nothing in the context. This is coffee-money!”

    On the question of if it may be too optimistic to get the business working in the long-run, Lars answers that sure it will take more money to do that but getting the company up and running, no astronomic amounts are needed. Vladimir Antonov has in excess of its own capital a partner close by who also is interested.

    Deze uitspraken van VM zullen de onderhandelingen ook niet helemaal helpen de komende dagen:

    The deal is good for Saab, Muller says, because it allows Saab to remain independent and fully execute its product plan. A deal with one of China's top three automakers would have basically meant selling the company, the Saab badge, and its designs to use without condition;

    Deal: “I was actually negotiating with three at the same time in the same hotel. I could write a movie."

    “I was working 24 hours a day, working three rooms with three different parties. Honestly, making the best deal here, walking to the next room, saying, ‘This is what I can do.’"

    "It is not very interesting to negotiate. It is the results that count. The rest is irrelevant.”

    Hetgeen door SvD ook wel wordt bevestigt, SvD schreef eerder:

    Now Saab’s President Victor Muller is preparing to travel to Beijing. He will try to repair bridges with Chinese companies he has previously been in conflict with. Two relevant companies are the Great Wall Motor company and the government car giant BAIC. … Neither Great Wall nor BAIC have any affection for Muller. “BAIC can consider buying Saab, but they do not like Muller, they know that he has deceived them”, says a key figure in the affair. … BAIC believed they had the rights to the Saab 9-3 when Saab announced that they intended to produce in China with Hawtai. Until mid-April BAIC negotiated for the Saab dealership in China. And till April 30th Great Wall negotiated with Saab. Great Wall is a large and successful private Chinese automaker. But the negotiations ended because Great Wall needed at least one more week to do a due diligence and to have a board meeting, which Muller felt that the bleeding Saab did not have time for. Three days later, on May 3, he presented the Hawtai agreement. Great Wall reacted very negatively and it was not alone. Even private automaker Youngman Automobile Group of Hangzhou reacted sharply. “We were extremely disappointed and upset”, said one of Youngman’s management team . “ We have a written contract with Spyker that they could not negotiate with any other Chinese company before we were done. We took it for granted that they would follow the rules”.

    En daarna nog even onderhandelen met leveranciers waarover je juist hebt gezegd dat ze eigenlijk alleen maar zeuren:

    "Unfortunately, on the 29th of March we called the bluff of one of our suppliers who said that if you don't do what I want, I'm not going to open the doors of my truck, and if I don't open the doors of my truck, you're not going to get the parts,” Muller said. “Well, he was serious, and we screwed up. Because it caused a production stoppage of two hours."

    Nu ja, gezeur over 90mil dan:

    "Within two hours of that stoppage, we didn't have one supplier with a problem. We had 92. And that started to completely unravel it," Muller said. And soon, 20 million euros had turned into 90 million euros."
