    Veel aandelen tegen lage rente.
    Tja, en geen verdiensten nog voor lwlg.
    Rood noorderlicht heet dat.

    Misschien word het wel weer bijkopen.
    En daar ben ik in de toekomst blij mee.

    Ik heb nog een dobbeltje (gokje) lopen met 45 calls op juni.
    Mag toch hopen dat er in mei een mooie aankondiging medegedeeld word.
    Dat duurt nog eventjes. Het blijft nog even rustig op ons forum.
    Ben benieuwd hoe de shorters aan de boom gaan schudden na deze Q4 cijfers.

    Inderdaad de hemel kleurde rood voor lightwavelogic vandaag.
    Min 9,66 % na het verhandelen van 546.519 aandelen waarvan 189.298, wat 35,34% tijdens voor en nabeurs. We zien nu de waarde van 5,33 dollar.
    Geen verrassingen vandaag , nog geen inkomsten en ook geen nieuws van Lebby.
    Morgen spelen we verder.

    Iemand de 10K filing eens doorgelezen? Wat vinden jullie ervan? Persoonlijk vind ik dat ze wel héél voorzichtig zijn en zéér veel mogelijke problemen en risico's aanhalen. Kan er uit afleiden dat we nog ver van inkomsten en contracten staan. Of lees ik alles te letterlijk??

    Er zijn inderdaad veel " if's " en ook zeer veel risico's dat ze aanhalen en waarmee ze zich willen indekken tov eventuele claims indien het fout loopt.

    Anderzijds is het duidelijk dat ze aan het werk zijn met verschillende andere bedrijven. Ik kan me niet voorstellen dat andere serieuze bedrijven meewerken aan een lege doos.
    Dus m'n vertrouwen houdt nog wel stand nu.

    IMO: het grootste gevaar komt van de concurrentie die uiteraard ook niet stil zit.

    Alles nog eens op een rijtje wat we kunnen verwachten.
    1. OFC volgende week 2. Roth-conferentie over 2 weken 3. PIC International Conference over 6 weken
    4. Licentieovereenkomsten de komende maanden 5. Technologieoverdracht op elk moment binnen enkele maanden 6. Aandeelhoudersvergadering in mei met doelstellingen voor 12 maanden en mogelijke omzetprognoses. 7. Potentieel voor CHIP Act-financiering de komende maanden.

    Het bedrijf heeft in 2022 nieuwe aandelen uitgegeven voor een totaalbedrag van 2.327.334 in contanten. Zowel het individuele eigendom als het institutionele eigendom namen in de loop van het jaar toe naarmate deze nieuwe aandelen door de markt werden geabsorbeerd. Gedurende het jaar werd de groei in institutioneel eigendom voor 96,9% gefinancierd door short sellers. Interessant is dat de uitverkoop aan het einde van het jaar (ontworpen om losse retailaandelen van zich af te schudden) het tegenovergestelde effect had, aangezien individuen meer kochten. Lightwave Logic is voor 93,6% in handen van particulieren en voor 23,4% in handen van institutionele beleggers. Per 31/12/2022 zijn er 132.032.980 aandelen in bezit en genoteerd op makelaarsverklaringen. De top 6 institutionele beleggers bezitten 19.980.318 aandelen en zijn duidelijk indexfondsen. Het blijkt dat het resterende institutionele eigendom van 6.397.449 aandelen in handen is van beheerde fondsen. Hoewel nog steeds een schatting,
