    Toch weer redelijk volume voor een maandag met 461K+ aan begin van de middag.

    RT 3,379 met flinke onderwaterorder op 3,379 en telkens teruggooien naar dit niveau. Oftewel de trend lijkt nog steeds gaande te zijn met een koper van hoge volumes en proberen ze tegen niet te hoge koers binnen te halen zo als het lijkt zonder dat koers te hard oploopt. Dit scenario al vaker gezien bij fondsen.

    ik weet niet of er meerderheidsbelang gemeld is. Meestal duurt dat wel 10 dagen na bereiken. Waar kun je dat zien voor belgische fondsen?

    Afgelopen 3 weken zijn er wel zo om en nabij de 10 tot 14 miljoen stuks verhandeld! Dat is echt veel! 6% tot 8% van uitstaande aandelen.

    Inmiddels staan we ook weer GROEN op 3,38 met 330K+

    Significant stakes

In addition the corporate bylaws of Agfa have specified that reaching, exceeding or falling below the initial threshold of 3% of the existing shares must also be disclosed. Based on the transparency declarations and information available from the shareholder, the most accurate shareholder structure is marked in the above piechart.

    Denominator
    According to the Belgian legislation (law of May 2, 2007 and the Royal Decree of February 14, 2008 relating to the publicity of large participations), the number of shares of the denominator is as follows: 171,851,042.

    Transparency declarations
    As of January 10, 2006, Agfa-Gevaert owns 4,099,852 shares in treasury and holds thus 2.39% of the voting rights.

    Pursuant to transparency declarations received before the completion of the capital increase, the following entities held a stake in Agfa-Gevaert: Classic Fund Management AG (5.67%) and JP Morgan Securities Ltd. (3.10%). Agfa-Gevaert has not been informed by these entities of their stake after the capital increase.
    As of September 5, 2011, Dimensional Fund Advisors LP has announced that it directly holds a share in Agfa-Gevaert of 5,774,118 shares or 3.36%.

    Agfa-Gevaert fluctueert in een stijgende trend.
    Agfa-Gevaert beweegt binnen een uptrend. Kopers hebben de overhand, getuige het patroon van hogere toppen en bodems. De uptrend heeft de weerstand rond 3,58 (top van 12 mei 2011) liggen. Steun ligt er rond 3,19 (bodem van 8 oktober).
    Eerder ingenomen posities mag men aanhouden, zolang de steun op basis van de slotkoers intact blijft.
