    Vandaag mail ontvangen van FDA.
    Vermeende weigering van 'approval' Ruconest is in scene gezet.
    Niemand is hiervan op de hoogte.
    Koers 'onterecht; lager gezet; op basis van feiten koers Pharming zo weer 1 euro hoger.

    Pancreatitis is de medische term voor een ontsteking van de alvleesklier (pancreas). De ziekte ontstaat door aantasting van het weefsel door eigen spijsverteringssap.

    Er bestaan twee vormen van pancreatitis: acute pancreatitis en chronische pancreatitis. Beide zijn ernstige aandoeningen die met veel pijn gepaard kunnen gaan. Men spreekt van een chronische pancreatitis, indien de acute situatie langer dan zes maanden duurt.

    Bij de bedrijven staat Pharming in de schijnwerpers. Het biotechnologiebedrijf liet weten toestemming te hebben gekregen voor de marktintroductie van stermedicijn Ruconest in de Verenigde Staten. Ruconest is een middel voor de behandeling van acute aanvallen van erfelijke angio-oedeem, een ziekte waarbij zacht weefsel kan opzwellen. In Europa is het product al op de markt.

    VALUATION
    We reiterate our Buy rating and $3 price target. Our valuation of Pharming is based on our probability-weighted
    clinical net present value (NPV) valuation model. We believe this method is appropriate in capturing the value
    of the clinical stage pipeline. Factors that could impact the shares of Pharming reaching our price target are
    negative data readouts from ongoing clinical studies, any perceived or real delays in the commercial uptake
    of Rhucin/Ruconest as well as Pharming's ability to continue to fund its operations.
