Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Ik heb nog geen actie van de AFM kunnen waarnemen m.b.t. de kwestie van de zusjes Tammenoms Bakker. Dus heb ik zojuist maar de volgende mail naar ir@tomtom.com gestuurd:

    Corporate governance in relation to the family ties between the sisters Tammenoms

    Dear sirs/ladies,

    As an active investor in TomTom I would like to congratulate you on the excellent execution of the strategic rearrangement of TomToms business focus.

    I have however one point of concern. TomTom shares have been actively shorted in recent years which has probably been partly responsible for the rather erratic share price behavior in the past one and a half year. The mutations in short positions as reported by the AFM lead to the conclusion that most of these shifts in short positions must have led to substantial losses. This suggests that only a “higher purpose” can be the motivation for this kind of trades, since common sense would dictate to “get out and stay out”.

    One of the important shorters is TT International. Carla Tammenoms Bakker is, according to her LinkedIn profile, Executive Director at TT International. She is the sister of one of the members of your supervisory board, Jacqueline Tammenoms Bakker. Could you please inform me which specific corporate governance measurements have been taken to avoid every suspicion of conflict of interest because of these family ties? A good alternative would be to go into this question in detail during the next presentation of the quarterly results.

    De AFM geeft zelf aan dat men niet communiceert over haar onderzoeken. In de regel betekent dit dat je nooit meer wat van ze hoort als je een mogelijke misstand meldt c.q. een verzoek tot zo'n onderzoek doet.

    Goed om dit nu direct ook bij TomTom aan te kaarten. Het is uiterst vreemd dat in de periode van de aanstelling van zusje 1 als commissaris bij TomTom, zusje 2 een grote shortpositie inneemt. Gebeurt dit als onderdeel van een smerige delisting door exit-boeven en hun dirty bank die de boel tegen een prikkie van rond de 8 euro van de beurs willen halen? (en in fase 2 in stukken hakken en deels doorverkopen aan o.a. Apple)

    Het gaat goed in de autobranche. TomTom Automotive zou in Q2 weleens meer kunnen verrassen dan nu door de bankanalisten verwacht. Die passen in de regel hun sheetjes pas aan na de cijfers. Lekker makkelijk en veilig.
    Als de koers straks snel op 7 en hoger staat, volgen dan vanzelf ook hun koersverhogingen in die richting.

    Dat is een veeeeeeeeel hogere groei dan ik had verwacht. En sinds kort levert Audi-China met TomTom-inside (het eerste schaap is over de dam en hopelijk volgt binnenkort de hele Volkswagen Group=10 miljoen auto's per jaar).
    TomTom is leading in real-time Traffic in groeimarkt China. Kan concurrent Here niet aan tippen (ook Google op de smartphone niet).

    De deal tussen Audi-China en TomTom kan met deze aantallen ook gerust een megadeal worden genoemd. Daarnaast zal de take-rate in China hoogstwaarschijnlijk op een hoger niveau liggen dan die in Europa (wet van de remmende voorsprong).

    Communicating cars bring new services for drivers. They also enable passengers to stay connected throughout their journey, to interact with the exterior and to take advantage of in-car entertainment. Although eagerly awaited by consumers, these services are still at the draft stage in some cases. In order to meet these requirements, PSA Peugeot Citroën is developing the Smart Antenna, a versatile, open-ended communication module meeting all connection requirements.

    Just as the WiFi modem is becoming the communications centre in the home, the Smart Antenna will be the hub for communications onboard a vehicle. Scheduled for launch in 2019 on a production model, this system developed by PSA Peugeot Citroën is a real communication module. It groups and centralises all the electronics required for connections with both the exterior (mobile networks, DTT, DTR, AM/FM, GPS) and the interior, by establishing a WiFi connection with the passengers’ mobile terminals. Passengers will then be able to use their mobile systems to access broadcast services (AM/FM, DTR, DTT programmes), alongside services on the cellular network (internet) independently of the programme broadcast in the cabin via the onboard system.
