Update 09:15 uur: KBC over BAM en Arcadis
KBC over Arcadis:
According to our estimates, we expect Arcadis to comfortably remain within the banking covenants with net debt/EBITDA to drop from 2.0x at 1H16E to 1.4x by y-e 2017 (covenant < 3.0x) and the lease adjusted interest cover ratio of around 2.6x (covenant > 1.75x).
We apply a price target of € 15.0, based on 9x FY16-17E EPS (diluted) and 5.5-6x EV/EBITDA. We do see some room for a share price recovery after the massive de-rating from around € 18.5 to around € 12.5.
But we think management has to restore confidence while also providing structural comfort on some balance sheet items and cash flows (including working capital), before the shares can re-rate to previous levels.
En KBC over BAM:
We foresee further re-rating potential for the shares when the market begins to recognize and value BAM’s strong cash flows with potential for a significant excess cash position by FY17E, according to our estimates.
We would not rule out EPS upside to € 0.62 to 0.84, based on a 3-4% EBT margin, lifting the fair value potential to € 7-8 per share. We currently have a BUY recommendation with € 6.0 price target.
