    Is het niet een wonder..

    en een 150k om door de 4,09 te komen..
    weer een uitdaging..
    LOL.

    Beetje door spelen met pac man en we staan zo weer rond de 4,20...
    komisch aandeel...

    Gister niet door de 4,02 willen en nu met gemak op 4,08...

    'Transactie BAM levert veel geld op..

    en de belegger ??
    Ik zou zeggen koop met dat geld die aandelen van de shorters op..

    The constructors of Cambridgeshire's defect-blighted Guided Busway have said they will pay for repairs if there is anything "wrong" for which they are "responsible".

    Engineering firm BAM Nutall's comments come after an independent report backed Cambridge County Council's case that the company would be in breach of its contract if it does not pay for repairs.

    BAM Nutall and Cambridgeshire County Council have been locked in a long running legal battle over repairs to the busway since its construction in 2011.

    The St Ives to Cambridge busway route, that was finished two years late and over budget, has been plagued by a series of defects during its short existence.

    An initial legal dispute between the Council and the contractors reached a financial settlement in 2013, but further defects have since come to light.

    The Council and BAM Nutall subsequently agreed to carry out a joint investigation into the condition of the Busway.

    The resulting report from Capita stated that BAM Nutall were responsible for repairs to the route that could cost up to £36 milllion.

    In a statement BAM Nutall argued that the busway "has been a phenomenal success", with 3.6 million people using it in 2014.

    The company claimed that after responding to a notification from the Council that it would be facing a legal challenge over the performance of the busway no prosecution was forthcoming.

    It stated that it was "fully committed" to ensuring the busway "continues to meet the needs of the local community for the whole of its design life."

    As a result it agreed to engage with the Council on a joint programme of monitoring and investigation in to the Council's ongoing concerns.

    The company is now considering the conclusions of the newly published Capita report.

    Adrian Savory, Operations Director said: “I am really surprised that the Council hasn’t come to talk to us before publishing this latest report.

    "BAM Nuttall is totally committed to ensuring that the busway performs as it should.

    "If there is anything wrong with the busway for which BAM Nuttall is responsible, BAM Nuttall will put it right.

    "We’ve told the Council this many times and invited them to come to us to explain the basis for their concerns.

    "BAM Nuttall would welcome the opportunity to discuss the latest report with the Council.”

    zucht, nog steeds geen berekening.
    Het is maar goed dat jij daar geen financieel directeur bent.

    39,67 miljoen pounds (36.5 + 3.07 + 0.1 helft van advieskosten)
    46,50 miljoen euro omgerekend op XE currency
    270,4 miljoen uitstaande aandelen
    0,172 euro per aandeel

    en dat over de 3 jaar dat ze het willen gaan herstellen.
    En dat bedrag is ook de commerciele waarde, de kostprijs zal voor BAM lager zijn.
    En zo worden de zaken dus opgeblazen.

    Aandeel bijna 20 procent goedkoper.
    (ABM FN-Dow Jones) Het Franse aandeel Vinci kwam dinsdagmiddag fors onder druk te staan, na wat later bleek een vals bericht over onder meer het ontslag van de financieel directeur van de onderneming.
    Het aandeel daalde even na vier uur meer dan 18 procent, op de berichtgeving dat de cijfers over het eerste halfjaar van 2016 en heel 2015 door Vinci opnieuw zouden worden bekeken en dat de CFO de onderneming moest verlaten.
    Volgens Bloomberg, dat onder meer de valse berichtgeving overnam, meldde een woordvoerder van Vinci dat het "gehackt" was.
    De koers van Vinci herstelde vervolgens vlot en noteert kort na half vijf nog maar twee procent in het rood.
    Vinci was nog niet in staat vragen van ABM Financial News te beantwoorden en de beschreven gang van zaken te bevestigen.
