Top 10 reasons to own BSEG :
    10. Huge 4th q profit of .015 eps.
    9. 3 movies being released in 1st q that ended in June.
    8. Nationwide distribution with Walmart, Target and Best Buy.
    7. Being distributed in Europe now through subsidiary.
    6. Major deals with China in the works. Big budget movies.
    5. Contract with Dish Network where they will release 6 ppv and Vod movies.
    4. Their catalog of movies available is growing.
    3. Can rent through Redbox.
    2. Extremely undervalued.
    1. They were one of 3 American film makers to appear at the Cannes film festival this year.

Er zijn echter nooit garanties, beleggen is eigen risico ... so don’t blame me if things go wrong ... er volgen nog een aantal posts met info.

They reported a huge 4th q which you can see here on the annual report. They made about .015 eps in the 4th q.

    www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportVie...
EPS for the 12 months ending 31 March 2014 $0,017.
The reason for the large profit in the 4th q is from revenues from distribution.
When I first saw it I thought it is probably a 1 time gain and not repeatable in
future q's. After further review it looks like this just might be the beginning
    of some game changing operations.

    A few notes.

Just to give an idea of how different BSEG is now than how it has been in the past. They had apparently until recently only produced 5 films in their entire history. Now they have 6 in the last two q's and this is before the China productions start. China is expected to surpass U.S. box office numbers in the next 3 to 5 years so it is a big audience as you all know.

BSEG signed a new distribution agreement with CAV Distribution for the release of
Big Screen's DVD's, Blu-Rays and VOD into high volume retail outlets as Wal-Mart US/Canada,
Target and Best Buy for North America.

There has been continued progress in France with the formation of BIG Entertainment
International (BEI), BSEG's European distribution subsidiary, with anticipated high volume
retail and VOD channels into France, Belgium, Germany, and the U.K. BIG Entertainment will
begin the release of BSEG's library of a variety of film titles this year. The potential deals and
projected revenue will significantly increase BSEG's global stature over the coming years.

There are a couple of other nuggets here.

    investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_ms...

OK So they are expanding into China, France, Belgium, Germany and the U.K. They
are greatly increasing the number of films they are releasing plus they have
a huge library of older films that they own and sell on their website as is
explained here. They also have a new distributor that is selling their products
in Walmart, Target and Best Buy. Cha-ching?

With 4th q eps of .015 I think this .05 pps stock is already extremely undervalued
but it sounds like future profits may be even larger.

Here is some other things I found after writing this up.

We have a five-year contract with DISH Network to release our projects for VOD and PPV.
BSEG is gearing up to release 6 projects over the next 12 months with DISH. Our titles with
DISH are increasing rapidly with the addition of new personnel in assisting BSEG with delivery
and distribution. This will increase revenue over the next 12-24 months for the company

The company is anticipating a strong year in 2014 - 2015. With a robust current slate, extensive
catalogue and new acquisitions, the company has the product to make a noticeable impact on the
current market as well as its burgeoning relations with China and upcoming productions.
In addition to a domestic and European distribution division, the company’s production division
is working on several Sino-U.S. co-productions that, if solidified, will prove very lucrative.
Through the partnership with Fairfax Entertainment, BSEG has been presented with major
opportunities that the company hopes to capitalize on in 2014 including several signed
Memorandum’s of Understandings with various Chinese Production companies for future
productions ranging in budgets of $10 million to $15 million USD as well as forming an
    Entertainment Education division.

And just one more thing. The first q ended in June and those results should hit any day
and it sounds like they will be really good.

The company has had a lucrative 4th fiscal quarter. The sales and distribution division has two
films in various stages of distribution, Crimson Winter and Singularity Principle and acquired a
third, You Can’t Kill Stephen King for domestic distribution. The company anticipates a release
slate of three films in the first fiscal quarter of 2014.

I would think this alone would be a catalyst for much higher prices :

The cooperative agreement with SARFT opened the way for BSEG to sign a major 20-film output deal with the China Film Group Corporation. As the sole importer of foreign films into China and a major exporter of foreign films, China Film Group Corporation has been the object of international attention. The deal includes the release of some of China's largest grossing titles domestically in the U.S. and internationally through BSEG's Domestic and European distribution division and international sales team.

The deal puts BSEG in an excellent position to distribute Chinese content domestically in the states and opens the road for government assistance and co-productions in China.

"This is an unbelievable opportunity for the company, and a milestone of immense proportion. We are looking forward to working with these organizations to create and distribute art that will resonate across cultures and make a lasting impact on the film industry," said CEO Kimberley Kates. This news comes as part of BSEG's efforts to expand its production and distribution slate for 2014 and secures its position as a key facilitator in East-West cooperative ventures.

Throw in the rapidly increasing number of films being produced in the U.S. and the new distributor in Europe, the deal with Dish Network and the availability in Walmart, Target and Best buy and I refuse to believe that this is not going higher.

My understanding after speaking from a Mr. Isaac Marble in the office today, was that one of the most significant increases in revenue was coming from the company's branch in Michigan. He said they are shooting car commercials and other big commercials. He wasn't sure of all the brand names, but that their Michigan division is generating a lot of production for the company now.

The Michigan branch is run by BSEG Senior VP Michael Manasseri who has been with BSEG since 2005 according to his bio, and by film, tv, music video directors, Benoit and Julien Decaillon who are under contract with BSEG and managed by BSEG according to the filings.

I found this in filing today:

    MICHIGAN DIVISION

The company opened a production and distribution division in southeastern Michigan to take advantage of the Michigan Film Incentive program which currently offers a 32% rebate on all Michigan production and distribution expenditures. Michael Manasseri administers our Michigan facilities.

Additionally, the company has forged a partnership with Made In Michigan Entertainment (MIME). MIME is premiere commercial production house in Michigan and produces a significant revenue stream for BSEG from shooting numerous commercials, music videos, book trailers and other educational films.
