Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Wel is AMT na de verdeling van de certificaten op 26 april niet meer dan een lege beurshuls. En die beurshuls kan voor andere partijen interessant zijn om een nieuw bedrijf snel en relatief goedkoop aan een beursnotering te helpen. Inmiddels hebben volgens Aldag al twee partijen interesse getoond in de beurshuls.

    Finalisation of the liquidation and AMT and its shares ceasing to exist
    On 12 September 2012, the account and justification ("rekening en verantwoording") as prepared by AMT's liquidators was made available for inspection at the Chamber of Commerce of Amsterdam (De Ruyterkade 5, Amsterdam) and at AMT's offices (Meibergdreef 61, Amsterdam Zuidoost), and on 14 September 2012 notice of the same was given in a national newspaper. Absent any surplus following the final settlement of the remaining assets and liabilities, no plan of distribution ("plan van verdeling") was prepared.
    Within two months after the account and justification having been made available and the abovementioned notice having been given, each creditor or party so entitled may institute an action to set the same aside ("in verzet komen") by an application to the Amsterdam district court. If no such action will be instituted within the said period, the liquidators will proceed with the finalisation of the liquidation.
    Assuming that no action will be instituted against the account and justification, the liquidators expect to finalise the liquidation on or shortly following 19 November 2012. There will not be any (final) distributions made to AMT shareholders in the context of the finalisation of the liquidation or otherwise. When the liquidation ends, AMT and its

    November 6, 2012 – Amsterdam Molecular Therapeutics (AMT) Holding NV in liquidation (in liquidatie) (Euronext: AMT) announces that NYSE Euronext has determined and announced that as of 19 November 2012, AMT's shares will be delisted from NYSE Euronext in Amsterdam, the Netherlands with 16 November 2012 being the last trading date.

    AMT: geen verzet tegen rekening en verantwoording mbt liquidatie
    Amsterdam Molecular Therapeutics Holding nv (AMT.AE) meldt vrijdag dat tijdens de zogenaamde verzetsperiode geen weerstand is geboden tegen de rekening en verantwoording van het concern, waarmee de weg voor de definitieve liquidatie van het concern open ligt.

    Het concern herbevestigt dat de notering van het concern aan NYSE Euronext per 19 november opgeheven zal worden, waarna de liquidatie van de onderneming zal volgen.

    Eerder dit jaar werd bekend dat het Amsterdamse gentherapiebedrijf zou opgaan in uniQure bv. Aandeelhouders AMT stemden daar eind maart reeds mee in.

    Men heeft het hier over de beursnotering van AMT, om die relatief goedkoop in handen te krijgen.
    Maar wie gaat er nu naar de beurs in een economische crisis?
    Pas geleden ging er nog een beursbedrijf failliet uit Brabant en er is niets meer over de beursnotering vernomen.
    Zoveel interesse is er ook weer niet.
    Bij Quirius klampt men zich ook vast dat de beursnotering nog wel wat kan opbrengen maar ook die strohalm knapt af.
