oh jee.. GE spant een rechtszaak aan tegen Siemens
www.reuters.com/article/us-ge-siemens...

Philips levert puike prestaties. Outlook voorzichtig.
Siemens Gamesa Secures 81 MW Deal in Finland Siemens Gamesa has struck an 81 MW deal with long term customer Suomen Hyotytuuli Oy to supply its most powerful onshore wind turbine, the SG 5.8-155 model, marking a first take up of this new technology in Finland. In total, 14 turbines with a 155-meter rotor will be supplied to the Alajoki-Peuralinna site in central Finland, two hours drive from the coastal town of Vaasa. The industry leading turbine will be optimized to meet the site requirements, including high towers to capture better wind speeds and increase energy production. The turbines will also be equipped with a low temperature package and Operation with Ice application to allow them to perform in any condition. Commissioning of the wind farm is planned for 2022. Siemens Gamesa has worked with Suomen Hyotytuuli Oy in both onshore and offshore projects in recent years and expects to continue growing this partnership going forward. Siemens Launches DC Fast Charger Sicharge D Siemens Smart Infrastructure released its new public fast charger Sicharge D. It is suited for highway and urban fast charging stations, city parking as well as shopping malls and provides one of highest peak efficiencies on the market at 96%, scalable charging power and dynamic power sharing. The new Sicharge D ensures that almost all of the generated electricity reaches the car to be charged. For customers this means reduced operational costs. In addition, the charger is designed to meet future technological developments: Even if the charging capacities of most electric vehicles are still limited today, they will be able to accept higher charging power in the future and demand higher voltage ranges. Therefore, the Sicharge D has a scalable charging power up to 300 kW, either from the start or through plug-and-play upgrades. Furthermore, the charger already supports voltages between 150 and 1,000 volts and currents of up to 1,000 amperes across all DC outlets. This enables full power loads for future 800 V vehicles as well as the lower voltage charging rates demanded by mainstream vehicles. Although the number of electric vehicles is growing, these investments in infrastructure are challenging. With the option to expand the Sicharge D with up to two external dispensers, it is possible for customers to time the investments according to market demands. The standard configuration has two DC and one AC outlet housed in a compact design that minimizes installation complexity. The new charger combines all these features with dynamic parallel charging. That means, it accounts for the individual power demand of each connected car and automatically adapts the charging process to the EV’s battery technology and charging status. This ensures that the connected cars get the maximum power they need without any additional manual intervention. For an improved user experience, an integrated 24-inch adjustable display allows to easily operate the Sicharge D charger barrier-free and opens new opportunities for customers to use the chargers display for tasks beyond interfacing with the charging process. Siemens Energy to Drive Green Hydrogen in Middle East Siemens Energy and Abu Dhabi state-owned global investment firm Mubadala Investment Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 17 January with the intention of creating a strategic partnership to drive investment and development of advanced technology, manufacture of equipment, and green hydrogen and synthetic fuel production. The initial focus of activity will be in Abu Dhabi and over time it is planned that this will be extended to other international markets. Within the partnership the companies will work closely towards the following goals: Utilizing renewable energy to produce green hydrogen and derivatives, including synthetic fuels, providing clean and transportable energy to fuel new hydrogen-based ecosystems that are supplied from the UAE Establish Abu Dhabi as a world class player in green hydrogen and synthetic fuels. Jointly advance technology and drive down the costs of green hydrogen and synthetic fuels production Enable Siemens Energy and Mubadala to access emerging hydrogen markets and create value for both parties The first initiative under this agreement and the broader Abu Dhabi Hydrogen Alliance will be the consideration of a demonstrator plant located at Masdar City, to be developed under a specific agreement between Siemens Energy and Masdar, together partners. Together with Masdar, one of the world’s leading renewable energy companies, Siemens Energy announced that it is joining forces with the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy, Etihad Airways, German Lufthansa, Marubeni Corporation and Khalifa University on an ambitious project that will help pave the way for the development of the UAE’s green hydrogen economy. The organizations signed an MoU with the intent to establish a photovoltaic powered electrolyzer facility, to demonstrate state-of-the-art green hydrogen production technology and present sustainable fuel use cases. The first phase of the demonstration program will focus on the production of green hydrogen for passenger cars and buses in the Masdar City area. In parallel, a kerosene synthesis plant will be built to convert the majority of the green hydrogen into sustainable aviation fuel. In the second phase of the program, the production of decarbonized fuels for the maritime sector will be explored. Through the program, the organizations involved can help to significantly reduce the UAE’s carbon footprint, create domestic demand for sustainable fuels, and establish a local knowledge and industry base for their production. All rights reserved.

Peter
www.finanzen.net/nachricht/aktien/bes... Langetermijnbelegger......
Iberdrola Selects Siemens Gamesa for East Anglia Hub Turbines Iberdrola, through its UK subsidiary ScottishPower Renewables, has selected Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy as the preferred bidder to supply and install some of the world's most powerful and productive offshore wind turbines for its £6.5 billion East Anglia Hub programme. SPR and SGRE have agreed to work together ahead of the next Contracts for Difference auction, scheduled for later this year, to optimise the projects, with the ambition of then signing turbine supply and installation agreements. Selecting a preferred bidder at such an early stage in the development of the Hub projects creates the opportunity for SPR and SGRE to develop the turbine design and the Hub programme hand in hand, which will help achieve further efficiencies and maximise local supply chain opportunities. The East Anglia Hub projects have the potential to deliver more than 7.5 % of the UK's 40GW target for offshore wind generation by 2030 as set out in the Government's Ten Point Plan. To deliver on the Plan's ambitions, this year's Contracts for Difference auction will need to ensure sufficient deployment to put the UK on track to achieve this target. The potential supply and installation of the East Anglia Hub turbines by SGRE would enable SPR to build on the achievements of East Anglia ONE in terms of jobs and UK supply chain content. Siemens Gamesa Inks 62 MW Deal with Tekniska verken The strength of the onshore powerhouse Siemens Gamesa 5.X platform has gathered momentum in Sweden heading into 2021 following the signing of a 62 MW deal to supply two adjacent sites in the Sunne region. The deal with local utility firmTekniska verken will cover the supply of 7 SG 5.8-170 turbines at Fryksdalshöjden and 3 of the same turbines at the closeby site of Norra Länsmansberget. These turbines will use a flexible power rating to adjust their nominal power to 6.2 MW, among the most competitive in the industry. They are expected to be installed by late 2022 and will have a 115-meter hub height. The deal also includes a up to 30-year service agreement. Siemens Gamesa has now sold over 2 GW of this market leading onshore platform with one of the largest rotors at 170 meters in the industry, enabling it to provide an unrivaled Levelized Cost of Energy (LCoE). Of that 2 GW, around half has come from various sites and customers in Sweden, showing the pioneering nature of the country and its enterprises in their adoption of renewable technology.
