    ArcelorMittal today announces the publication of its first quarter 2025 sell-side analyst consensus figures.

    The consensus figures are based on analysts’ estimates recorded on an external web-based tool provided and managed by an independent company, Visible Alpha.

    To arrive at the consensus figures below, Visible Alpha has aggregated the expectations of sell-side analysts who, to the best of our knowledge, cover ArcelorMittal on a continuous basis. This is currently a group of approximately 15 brokers. The listed sell-side analysts follow ArcelorMittal on their own initiative and ArcelorMittal is not responsible for their views. ArcelorMittal is neither involved in the collection of the information nor in the compilation of the estimates.

    Fors minder winst.

    (ABM FN-Dow Jones) ArcelorMittal heeft in het eerste kwartaal van 2025 vermoedelijk zwakker gepresteerd dan in dezelfde periode in 2024. Dit blijkt donderdag uit de consensus van Visible Alpha, waar 12 analisten aan bijdroegen.

    De EBITDA zou uitkomen op 1,55 miljard dollar, minder dan de 1,96 miljard dollar in het eerste kwartaal van 2024 en dan de 1,65 miljard dollar in het vierde kwartaal van vorig jaar.

    De nettowinst bedroeg afgelopen kwartaal volgens de analisten 504 miljoen dollar, ook minder dan de 938 miljoen dollar een jaar eerder.

    ArcelorMittal maakt op 30 april de cijfers over het eerste kwartaal bekend.

    (ABM FN-Dow Jones) Op Wall Street zijn donderdag vijf van de acht AEX-genoteerde fondsen ten opzichte van het slot in Amsterdam lager gesloten.

    ASML (-0,2%)
    ING Groep (-0,5%)
    Philips (-0,9%)
    RELX (0,0%)
    Shell (-0,1%)
    Unilever (+0,3%)

    Euro/dollar: 1,1372

    Op basis van de bovenstaande koersuitslagen zou de AEX index, die sloot op 852,20 punten, zijn geëindigd op 851,64 punten.
