Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Trading in the Company’s shares will be suspended until publication of the results of the Private Placement in a press release, including the number of New Shares and the Issue Price, upon completion of the bookbuilding process, which is expected prior to market opening on or about October 24, 2025, subject to acceleration or extension.

    Goed dat je het deelt. Kan ik stoppen met steeds checken nu.

    @ Concrete, helemaal waar! Zij is het grote geluk iedere dag. Gister haar eerste eigen lopende stapjes buiten gezet.

    We kunnen nu wel concluderen dat de koers zoals we al dachten toch wel systematisch laag werd gehouden.

    Vind het jammer dat ik daar niet toch naar gehandeld heb. Terwijl het vermoeden er was. Van de emissie.

    Maar denk ook dat dit goed nieuws gaat zijn. Ondanks de wss fikse koersreactie die het gaat geven.

    Zodra de stof daarvan neerdaalt ligt de weg vooruit nog weer verder open!

    Het gekakel hier verbaast me enigszins: alles is op hun site of via Euronext toch na te
    lezen?

    ..."ONWARD currently envisions using the net proceeds of the Private Placement,
    together with the existing cash balance, to:

    Fund development initiatives, including but not limited to product development,
    clinical studies and regulatory activities for the investigational ARC-IM® System
    to address blood pressure instability in people with spinal cord injury (40%);

    Expand sales and operations to support commercialization of the ARC-EX Sys-
    tem® in the United States, Europe and select other geographies (30%);

    Support and scale quality and administrative activities (20%);

    Fund working capital and other general corporate purposes (5%); and

    Cover financing costs including the existing debt obligation (5%).

    The net proceeds from the Private Placement are expected to provide the
    Company with cash runway through at least end of 2026, assuming no draw
    down of the Company’s debt facility"...

    Qua timing kúnnen ze het risico niet nemen dat er onverhoopt weer uitstel of zelfs afstel
    van de EX-goedkeuring komt: de bloeddrukstudie met IM moet vooruit en - sneller dan ver-
    wacht - moet er een Europees verkoopnetwerk worden opgetuigd.

    De cash-runway valt ook mij dan weer wat tegen; maar die bloeddrukstudie kóst 'n paar
    centen: ca. 20 locaties; chirurgische ingrepen en navenant nadrukkelijke, medische be-
    geleiding en monitoring.

    ..."Approximately 20 leading neurorehabilitation and neurosurgical research centers across
    the US, Canada and Europe are expected to participate"...

    Wanneer ze zouden wachten en de goedkeuring zou er niét komen zijn ze ófwel overgele-
    verd aan de grillen van een nog te zoeken partner, ófwel er moet op dan (fors) lagere koer-
    sen geld worden opgehaald.

    De vraag of het allemaal wel zo chique is gegaan richting de zittende aandeelhouders hoeft
    niet te worden gesteld; het zal onze Dave worst wezen en daarnaast de gang van zaken,
    qua koersvorming, min of meer gebruikelijk bij de bio's. (De koers van Argen-x werd in het
    verleden ook al, op toen nog een veel lagere koers, enkele tientjes "teruggezet" waarna er
    een emissie volgde).
    De instappers moeten nu eenmaal met én 'n worst, én 'n mals prijsje worden gepaaid.

    En nu eerst maar even afwachten wát en wié het gaat worden; daarna is er nog tijd genoeg
    om te piepen. Houd rekening met het voortschrijdend gemiddelde over de afgelopen maan-
    den.

    Ik hoop op ca. 5,-; met alles boven de 4,80 kan ik ook leven: het komt helaas niet altijd zo
    uit maar meestal "mag je ervan uitgaan" dat er daarna op koersen van "emissieprijs + ca.
    7%" gaat worden gehandeld. In afwachting van de goedkeuring.
