    Guernsey, 5 December 2024

    Volta Finance Limited ("the Company") hereby announces that it has declared a quarterly interim dividend of €0.15 per share payable on 16 January 2025 amounting to approximately €5.49 million, approximately equating to an annualised 8% of net asset value. The ex-dividend date is 12 December 2024 with a record date of 13 December 2024.

    The Company has arranged for its shareholders to be able to elect to receive their dividends in either Euros or Pounds Sterling. Shareholders will, by default, receive their dividends in Euros, unless they have instructed the Company’s Registrar, Computershare Investor Services (Guernsey) Limited (“Computershare”), to pay dividends in Pounds Sterling. Such instructions may be given to Computershare either electronically via CREST or by using the Currency Election Form which has been posted to shareholders and a copy of which is also available on the website www.voltafinance.com within the “Investors – Other Documents” section. The deadline for receipt of currency elections is 12:00 (midday) on 30 December 2024.

    RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

    Volta Finance Limited announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions proposed were duly passed. One of these resolutions was passed as a special resolution.

    The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Meeting contained within the Annual Report and Accounts for 2024, copies of which are available for viewing on the Company’s website www.voltafinance.com.

    Further information on the votes cast for each resolution will be available on the Company’s website shortly.

    De Record Date is de datum waarop het bedrijf controleert wie zijn aandeelhouders zijn. Je moet als aandeelhouder geregistreerd staan op deze datum om het dividend te ontvangen. De recorddatum is meestal één of twee werkdagen na de ex-dividenddatum. Dit is vooral een administratieve datum en handeling waar je verder niets van merkt.

    Let op! Het heeft geen zin om op de record date aandelen te kopen om in aanmerking te komen voor het aankomende dividend. Om het aankomende dividend te ontvangen moet je de betreffende aandelen vóór de ex-dividend datum in je bezit hebben.
