    With this year behind us, there is so much to look forward to next year. Fisker has a lot of milestones and goals to achieve in 2023. The goals we are most excited about are customer deliveries starting in Q1 2023 and annual production of 42,400 Fisker Oceans. Achieving these goals will make Fisker a real EV company with actual revenue.

    Huawei is no longer struggling with the impact of the U.S. sanctions, as the company has started doing business as usual.

    This is what the company’s rotating chairman Eric Xu said recently, with a report from Reuters citing him as saying that the restrictions imposed by the United States are the new normal.

    For example, Huawei’s replacement for Google Maps is Petal Maps, and it’s a navigation app that’s rapidly evolving, with new capabilities added at a fast pace. The company wants to stick with this strategy in the long term, despite the impact of the U.S. restrictions now fading.

    BMW hat schon im vergangenen Jahr mit einem Konzeptauto aufhorchen lassen, das auf Knopfdruck seine Außenfarbe verändern kann. Diesmal wird Vorstandschef Oliver Zipse eine der ersten großen Keynote-Reden halten und dabei eine Studie für ein digital aufgerüstetes Elektrofahrzeug zeigen. Auch VW will ein Elektroauto in Las Vegas vorstellen. Zum ersten Mal wird auch die VW-Softwaresparte Cariad , die zuletzt wegen Verzögerungen in der Entwicklung den ganzen Konzern in Schwierigkeiten gebracht hat, mit einem separaten Stand auf der Messe präsent sein.

    Hyundai Motor, Kia vow to release Level 3 autonomous driving technology within the year

    Hyundai Motor and Kia plan to release vehicles with Level 3 autonomous driving technology this year, according to a statement by Hyundai Motor in a New Year’s message Tuesday, also addressing the further electrification of cars.

    The new G90, the latest Genesis sedan, and Kia’s EV9 will come with a feature called highway driving pilot, allowing for Level 3 self-driving. If all goes as planned, this will be Korea’s first car with the advanced feature.

    “In autonomous driving technology, we are planning to launch models capable of autonomous driving Level 3 on highways in Korea. We’re also planning to commercialize robotaxis with autonomous driving Level 4 in North America," said Mr. Chung.

    In the first half of the year, the Group will introduce Genesis luxury brand G90 and Kia EV9 equipped with Highway Driving Pilot (HDP) feature. This Level 3 capability on highways and vehicle-only roads is the first step towards fully autonomous driving, where drivers take control of the vehicle only in emergency situations.

    In addition, through Motional, the Group’s autonomous driving technology JV with Aptiv, it will cooperate with car-sharing companies, including Uber in the U.S. to commercialize Level 4 IONIQ 5 robotaxis that operates without driver engagement.

    We hebben er twee coronajaren op moeten wachten, maar de 100ste editie van de Brussels Motor Show gaat dan toch door. En het belooft een echt autofeest te worden, want voor deze jubileumeditie van het Autosalon zakken zowat alle merken – meer dan 95% van de markt is vertegenwoordigd – af naar de Heizel, dat ook in 2023 gastheer speelt.

    Following up on last year's Airflow Concept EV, Chrysler and its parent company Stellantis are showcasing their vision for the interior of a future autonomous electric vehicle with the Chrysler Synthesis Cockpit concept at CES 2023.

    The demonstrator is essentially a vehicle cabin without the vehicle around it, floating a pair of seats in a cockpit composed of recycled post-industrial and ocean plastics and textile-infused walnut flooring -- both sustainable materials -- and, perhaps more noteworthy for Chrysler, absolutely zero chrome. The Synthesis Cockpit's purpose is to showcase the three pillars of Stellantis' future vehicle technology -- STLA Brain, STLA Smart Cockpit and STLA AutoDrive -- and how they combine to create what Chrysler and Stellantis call "Harmony in Motion."

    The Synthesis Cockpit is designed with STLA AutoDrive technology and Level 3 autonomous driving in mind. (You may have noticed the complete lack of a steering wheel.) Chrysler and Stellantis reckon that empowering drivers to reliably take their hands off the wheel and eyes off of the road is the key to opening up the dashboard for all of these "new and innovative features" that will continue to evolve within the vehicle via over-the-air updates.

    On top of this “brain,” Stellantis will add its “SmartCockpit,” a platform built in partnership with Foxconn that will deliver applications to the driver such as navigation, voice assistance, e-commerce marketplace and payment services. A third automated driving platform called “AutoDrive,” developed with BMW, will complete the automaker’s software plan.

    All three of these platforms will be in new Stellantis vehicles by 2024.

    Maar waren er geen chip problemen geweest in 2022, dan hadden we in 2022 200.000 autos meer kunnen produceren.

    Dat staat er toch,:-)

    Gisteren liet iemand toch zien, dat het chip tekort voorbij is :-)

    Tja.

    Ik dacht ook, 2023 wordt bagger, dus de koers zal nog wel laag in de 6 komen.

    Begin toch nu te twijfelen :-)

    Eerste halfjaar van 2022 was de productie van Stellantis 14% gedaald. En in Q3 met 13% gestegen. En ze gaan op een +1,8% het jaar uit over alle vier de kwartalen heen. Dit betekent dat Q4 heel goed geweest is. Als alle kwartalen even groot zijn (dit weet ik niet) dan zou dit een groei van 23% geweest moeten zijn. Dit doordat de chipscrisis zich oplost; nu ook reports over chips overschotten.

    Stla smartcockpit gaat bij Stellantis de take-rates verhogen en het einde van de chipscrisis gaat de productie verhogen. Die twee versterken elkaar ten gunste van TT.

    Ik denk dat die Oem Stellantis is en Just denkt van niet.

    De naam Stellantis werd nooit getoond in de presentatie van Antoine

    Wel Cariad, Fisker en Hyundai kia.

    Maar ik hoop dat JustRevisited gelijk heeft en dat de oem onder het zwarte doek niet Stellantis is.

    2023 wordt helemaal niet bagger. Eerst had TomTom de groei voor Automotive teruggeschroefd van 20% naar 15% voor 2023. Dat was in het najaar op piek gascrisis toen men forse recessie voor 2023 verwachtte met hoge inflatie en dat de chips crisis zich geleidelijk zou herstellen.

    Nu zien we geen recessie voorspeld (+0,5% over het hele jaar genomen) en een chipscrisis die zich versneld en niet geleidelijk oplost en een inflatie die dalende is. Frankrijk nu op 6% YOY ofzoiets.

    Bagger of niet, TWIJFELEN is altijd goed, het dwingt je tot nog eens nadenken en opnieuw berekenen.
    Ik zit al op het puntje van mijn stoel om de herberekeningen hier te lezen.
    Zou ik mijn positie in TT moeten sluiten, ongewijzigd zitten wachten op het grote geld of mijn positie uitbreiden ?

    Beleggen is niet gemakkelijk, "ongewijzigd zitten wachten op het grote geld" lijkt me de MINST verstandige optie, dan toch maar liever actie, positie sluiten of vergroten, want ik streef een hoog rendement na. En van dividend moeten we het niet hebben bij dit aandeel, dus het moet gaan komen van koersVERSCHILLEN (betekent niet automatisch koersSTIJGINGEN).

    Volkomen IRrelevant, het enige dat telt, is hoe de waarde van mijn pf zich gaat ontwikkelen in 2023. In dier voege, heb ik ook het volste vertrouwen in 2023.

    Van de drie aandelen waar ik me op focus en belang heb, ontwikkelen zich er twee naar wens of positief, eentje echter stelt nogal teleur, negatief dus, ik geef het nog een paar weken.
