    Ik hou nu mijn aandelen. Ik heb een mooie lage GAK en straks breken ze wellicht door met een goedkeuring en dan schieten ze naar 10 of meer.

    (France), August11 2020- the publication of a first scientific article on its biocontrol application(https://www.mdpi.com/2223-7747/9/8/1013/pdf)in the special issue« Natural Products for Plant Pest and Disease Control» ofPlants, journal of theMDPIGroup, peer-reviewed.

    As a reminder, the marketing of biocontrol products containing this active substance is envisaged by Amoéba in 2024 in Europe (dossier submitted, cf. Press Release of 29 May 2020) and in the first half of 2022 in the United States (submission envisaged in July 2020, cf. Press Release of 29 April 2020, postponed to September 2020).

    The prioritization of Amoéba's Regulatory Affairs Department resources on biocontrol application leads to a delay in the filing of a new application for biocidal application in the United States, which was envisaged in mid 2020 (see Universal Registration Document of April 30, 2020) and will be submitted at the end of 2020, with first marketing in the United States estimated in the first half of 2022.

    Amoeba Fungicidal use in agriculture

    The biocontrol solution, developed by Amoéba, is intended for a fungicidal use in agriculture.

    A possible approval mid-2023 The dossier submission is in line with Amoébatime schedule. The approval procedure that is starting will take between 2.5 and 3.5 years, with an expected decision in 2023.

    The main steps are as follows:

    •Evaluation phase by the rapporteur Member State (approximately 14 months): at the end of which the draft report is submitted to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).

    •Risk assessment phase (7 to 11 months): EFSA carries out the risk assessment and risk communication on food safety aspects and then organises an consultation with experts and publishes a scientific report containing its conclusions.

    •Risk management phase (9 to 12 months): the European Commission presents a draft regulation to the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health, which ultimately votes on the approval or non-approval of the active substance. In general, an active substance is approved for a period of 10 years, or even 15 years if it is classified as "low risk".

    These timeframes could be reduced depending on the deployment of the “Farm to Fork Strategy” strategy of the European Commission (published on May 20th, 20202) who “will also facilitate the placing on the market of pesticides containing biological active substancesand[...] will act to reduce the length of the pesticide authorisation process by Member States”

    Amoéba : nouvelle publication scientifique dans la revue Microorganisms
    Credits Amoeba

    Le producteur de biocide biologique Amoéba annonce la publication d'un nouvel article scientifique majeur. Ce travail est le fruit de la collaboration entre l'Institut Hospitalo-Universitaire (IHU) Méditerranée Infection (Marseille) et la société Amoéba (Chassieu). L'article a été publié dans la section biotechnologie microbienne de "Microorganisms", un journal scientifique international évalué par des pairs. Pour aller toujours plus loin dans la compréhension scientifique du fonctionnement de l'amibe Willaertia magna C2c Maky, une étude comparative des modes de culture de l'amibe a été réalisée dans le laboratoire du Professeur Bernard La Scola à l'IHU de Marseille. Les profils protéomiques et lipidomiques de l'amibe, cultivée par la société Amoéba en adhésion (sur support) ou en suspension (en bioréacteur), ont été analysés à l'IHU.

    Ce travail a fourni des connaissances essentielles sur le développement et le métabolisme de l'amibe produite de façon industrielle par Amoéba. L'objectif était de comprendre comment l'amibe réussit à s'adapter à la culture en bioréacteur et d'en tirer des enseignements pour optimiser sa production à grande échelle. Des différences métaboliques ont été observées, notamment en bioréacteur où la voie métabolique des lipides est favorisée.

    "Cette étude améliore notre compréhension de la biologie et des processus moléculaires de W. magna C2c Maky. Elle montre bien la capacité d'adaptation des microorganismes à des changements environnementaux. L'amibe s'adapte en favorisant des voies métaboliques spécifiques. Tout est déjà présent dans son information génétique et en fonction de ses besoins, l'amibe va privilégier la synthèse des molécules les plus adéquates" déclare le Professeur Bernard La Scola, responsable de l'équipe à l'origine de ces résultats à l'IHU Méditerranée infection. Sandrine Demaneche, responsable scientifique d'Amoéba, ajoute "Cet article, publié dans le cadre de la thèse du Dr Issam Hasni, complète les données préalablement publiées sur Willaertia magna C2c Maky et nous donne une vue d'ensemble des protéines et des lipides constituant l'amibe. Les informations recueillies nous permettront de travailler sur la composition du milieu de culture afin de rendre notre process de production encore plus efficace".

    Er blijft interesse, een strak inkoopprogramma. Ben benieuwd wanneer men op 100% inkoop zit en wat de koers doet. Overduidelijk 1 partij aan het inkopen. Had ze onder de € aan moeten schaffen, nu een risico vind ik persoonlijk. Vandaag nog even de helft van neovacs op 65% verkocht, was een leuk momentje.

    Gefeli met je Neovacs. Nu weer terug naar Amoeba.

    Hoe zie je dat er 1 partij actief is?

    Vandaag 28,94% erbij. Afgelopen jaar is dat nu een stijging van ca. 800%.

    Sinds 12 okt. blijft aandeel rond de 2,75 om dan nu ruim door de 3 te gaan en dat is pas de 2e keer dit jaar.

    De bio-agri-wetenschap begint dit aandeel te omarmen.

    Ik hoop ook dat de koers nu zo rond de 3 blijft hangen. Dan raakt het ook zijn pennystock aura kwijt en daaraan gekoppeld: de te grote volatiliteit.

    Tijdje terug (na deze toevallig tegen te zijn gekomen hier) na flink wat research ingestapt op 2.80, met de gedachte dat ik hier pas over een paar jaar weer naar zou moeten kijken. Leuk om te zien dat 'ie nu in de lift zit. Tevens dank voor tips zoals deze; vaak komen er pennystocks voorbij die te mooi om waard te zijn en bijvoorbeeld enorme schulden hebben, dit vond ik een positieve uitzondering.

    Ben erg benieuwd wat het ons gaat brengen de komende tijd, veel succes allen!
