Het vreemde is dat ze in deze update verwijzen naar ren separate press release over de emissie, die niet te vinden lijkt. Wie kan deze wel vinden?
Gewoon zoals verwacht na de blunder van donderdag. Eens even goed lezen. Fijne avond allen.

Kan het van de herfinanciering niet lezen. Cijfers zijn uitstekend en rechtvaardigen op geen enkele wijze de huidige koers. Als de financiering een beperkte emissie is dan is plus 20 of hoger morgen nog negatief.
“ Fugro announces a comprehensive refinancing of its existing EUR 575 million revolving credit facility (“Existing Bank Facility”) with a new EUR 225 million revolving credit facility and a EUR 200 million term loan as well as a proposed equity offering of EUR 250 million, which is subject to shareholders’ approval. The equity offering comprises a c. EUR 53.3 million private placement of new shares to a number of cornerstone investors and a c. EUR 196.7 million rights issue. The net proceeds of the equity offering will be used primarily to reduce Fugro’s debt and will also provide sufficient liquidity to address the upcoming maturity of its convertible bonds in 2021. Through the refinancing, Fugro’s balance sheet will be significantly strengthened with a reduced net leverage (pre-IFRS16) of 2.0 times . Fugro will convene the EGM to approve the Cornerstone Placement and the Rights Issue on 30 November 2020.”

250 mio: 53 mio investors als geplaatst, 197 mio op te halen als claim emissie
mooie cijfers ook. beweging weg van olie is versneld. goede portefeuille, goede marges

De aandelenuitgifte gebeurt in twee delen. Een claimemissie met een waarde van 196,7 miljoen euro en een private plaatsing ter waarde van 53,3 miljoen euro. Het opgehaalde geld wordt gebruikt voor een aflossing van converteerbare obligaties die in 2021 aflopen.Naast de voorgenomen herfinanciering kwam het bedrijf ook met voorlopige cijfers over het derde kwartaal naar buiten. De omzet kwam uit op €360,7 miljoen. Het EBIT-resultaat bedroeg €34,6 miljoen.
