In het report van de buitengewone aandeelhoudersvergadering staat het volgende:

"Curetis N.V. (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries "Curetis"), a developer of next-level molecular diagnostic solutions, today reported the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") held in Schiphol today, March 10, 2020.

The Company’s shareholders adopted all proposed resolutions and items on the agenda of the EGM. This included the approval of the business combination of OpGen Inc. (“OpGen”) with Curetis (the “Transaction”), the resolution to effect the dissolution of the Company, and the approval of the distribution of the shares of OpGen common stock, received by the Company from OpGen in consideration of the Transaction, to the Company’s shareholders.

The Transaction is subject to approval of OpGen’s stockholders. Once the Transaction is approved by the stockholders of OpGen, the execution of the transfer agreement and the closing of the Transaction is expected to take place."

Ik vind de laatste alinea belangrijk: de transactie moet eerst worden goedgekeurd door OpGen's aandeelhouders. Tot die goedkeuring zijn OpGen en Curetis twee verschillende bedrijven die normaliter zo zullen blijven ageren. Aangezien alles inzake het coronavirus NU moet afgehandeld worden, de verkoop kan beginnen, en de goedkeuring van OpGen's aandeelhouders misschien nog op zich laat wachten, denk ik dat er velen zijn die het nu al interessant vinden om toch een aantal aandelen van Curetis te kopen. Mening anyone?
