    Zelfde gedonder met AFM en krijgen ook geen antwoord.
    Hebben hier het zelfde meegemaakt.

    Geachte AFM,

    In aanvulling van mijn eerdere klacht inzake aandelen PostNL, wil ik u erop attent maken dat ik vermoed dat meerdere partijen (grootbanken of andersoortige financiële instellingen) handelen met voorkennis of in samenspraak.

    Ik wil uw aandacht vestigen op de partijen Norges Bank & BlackRock. Deze 2 partijen laten een grillig aan- en verkoop beleid zien als het gaat om hun positie in PostNL. Het lijkt er sterk op dat ze de koers manipuleren alsmede in samenspraak opereren. Dit om de koers van het aandeel naar een bepaald niveau te dirigeren waar ze via hefboom producten of opties veel geld verdienen over de rug van de particuliere aandeelhouder.

    In januari van dit jaar alsmede in de afgelopen periode heb ik u gewezen op de rol van grootbank ING in relatie tot de koersadviezen rond PostNL. In januari heb ik een klacht ingediend aangaande handelen met voorkennis. In het afgelopen jaar en zeker de laatste paar maanden, ben ik erg sceptisch geworden ten aanzien van hun aanhoudende koopaanbevelingen. Dit terwijl het aandeel alleen maar lijkt te dalen. Verder wil ik bij u aanmerken dat huidige koersdoel van ING voor mij als particulier belegger niet te verklaren valt. Dit omdat PostNL voor de jaren 2019 en 2020 geen financiële voorspelling heeft gedaan. Hierdoor lijkt het mij onmogelijk om een koersdoel af te geven die 150% boven de huidige koers ligt. Welk doel dienen dergelijke adviezen en worden particuliere beleggers op deze manier niet op het verkeerde been gezet?

    Tot op heden heb ik geen inhoudelijke reactie van u gekregen noch heb ik gemerkt dat de genoemde partijen zich iets aantrekken van de huidige beurswaarde van PostNL. Ofwel dat ze kunnen blijven handelen in het verlengde van de eigen belangen wat resulteert in een onevenwichtige balans op de financiële markt en waarvan de particuliere belegger de dupe is.

    Ik ben erg benieuwd naar uw zienswijze en / of dat mijn schrijven resulteert in enig onderzoek van de AFM. In dit perspectief wil ik u ook graag wijzen op de rol van sociale media (beursfora) waarop naar mijn idee medewerkers van financiële instellingen actief zijn om misleidende informatie te delen.

    Oud-Beijerland, 20 december 2018 - De gemeente Oud-Beijerland en gebieds- en vastgoedontwikkelaar AM hebben een overeenkomst gesloten voor de ontwikkeling van 48 appartementen, 22 grondgebonden woningen en 300 m² commercieel vastgoed voor het project Spuifront in Oud-Beijerland. De eerste woningen zullen naar verwachting vanaf 2020 worden gerealiseerd.
    Van plan naar realisatie

    Met de ondertekening wordt een begin gemaakt met de ontwikkeling van het plan, gelegen op een prachtige locatie aan de rivier het Spui, vlak bij het centrum van Oud-Beijerland. De locatie wordt ontwikkeld in samenspraak met inwoners, toekomstige bewoners en de gemeente. De woningen worden ontwikkeld passend bij het historische, dorpse karakter van Oud-Beijerland. Tevens is er de mogelijkheid om langs het water te recreëren en verblijven. Zo wordt er voorzien in een wandelpromenade en een horecagelegenheid aan het water. Het stedenbouwkundig plan is ontworpen door West 8.
    Duurzaam en toekomstbestendig

    Spuifront wordt duurzaam ontwikkeld. Alle woningen worden uitgevoerd met bodemwarmtepomp, hoogwaardige isolatie en zonnepanelen. Dit zorgt voor een zeer energiezuinige woning, die duurzaam en toekomstbestendig is. Een bodemwarmtepomp betekent een woning zonder gas en biedt de bewoners meerdere voordelen. Gasvrij wonen draagt bij aan een gunstig (binnen)klimaat, het verschaft een financieel voordeel en zorgt voor een grotere veiligheid binnenshuis. Tevens is er aandacht voor levensloopbestendigheid. Hierdoor zijn de toekomstige bewoners voorbereid op alle levensfasen, waardoor zij hier langer kunnen blijven wonen. Een levensloopbestendige woning is geschikt voor zowel mensen die fit en mobiel zijn, als mensen die dat niet zijn.
    Gelukkig leven

    Met dit project geeft AM invulling aan één van haar kernthema’s ‘Gelukkig leven’. Spuifront geeft bewoners een bijzondere woonbeleving met haar luxe appartementen en herenhuizen. Gelegen aan het Spui en vlak bij het centrum van Oud-Beijerland, biedt deze woonlocatie zowel het gemak van de nabijheid van het centrum en tegelijkertijd volop rust en privacy.

    Rail bonanza for Murphy, BAM Nuttall and Osborne

    Network Rail has announced the winners of one of its largest deals under the Control Period 6 period for 2019-2024.

    Places on the South of England framework have gone to J Murphy & Sons (Anglia), BAM Nuttall Limited (South East) and Geoffrey Osborne Limited (Wessex).

    Renewals and enhancements work under the five-year framework will be worth at least £4bn across the Anglia, South East and Wessex regions.

    The multi-discipline framework will deliver projects of varying value, including stations, buildings and civils, electrifications, power, signalling, telecommunications and track.

    BAM Nuttall and Geoffrey Osborne already work in the region and have delivered schemes including a 100-hour blockade to replace a life-expired bridge in Wandsworth and the upgrade of Shoreham Viaduct.

    Cameron Burns, Commercial Director Southern region, said: “Over the last few years we have made a shift towards working more collaboratively and closer to fewer key contractors, which has allowed us to deliver major improvements for passengers successfully and safely.

    “Given that we are delivering in some of Britain’s busiest stations and on some of the most used routes into the capital, our ability to upgrade the railway with minimal impact on passengers is increasingly important.

    “We want to build on this success for CP6 and the relationships we have with our suppliers, and we look forward to working with them all going forward.”

    John Dowsett, Managing Director for Infrastructure at Osborne, said: “Winning this CP6 framework is highly significant for us – it sees us further strengthening our rail portfolio and continuing to work with Network Rail, who recognise and value the collaborative approach we bring.”

    John Murphy, CEO of J Murphy and Sons said: “We are excited to be part of Network Rail’s strategic partnership to deliver CP6.

    “This award continues our long partnership with them in renewing and enhancing infrastructure throughout the UK and will give us the chance to work together and drive innovation and improvements.

    “It was a real team effort across Murphy, and the framework will leverage our engineering and rail capabilities across our whole business.”

    Huw Jones, BAM’s Rail Director said: “This confirmation of our continued involvement allows us to invest with confidence in developing skills, our innovation pipeline and technology.

    Winners chosen for £1.5bn NWCH as big names miss out

    The winning contractors have been chosen for the North West Construction Hub’s high-value framework, with new names featuring Bowmer & Kirkland, Eric Wright, and Seddon, while other high-profile contractors have missed out, Place North West understands.

    Under the refreshed framework, the three lots are split by value: the first covers projects between £8m and £15m; the second covers works ranging between £15m and £35m; and the third includes works worth more than £35m.

    The new deal replaces the existing high value framework which is held by Bam, Galliford Try, Kier, Laing O’Rourke, Morgan Sindall, and Wates, and covers projects across the North West worth more than £9m.

    Some of these incumbents are understood to have missed out including Galliford Try and Morgan Sindall, which have both failed to secure a place despite bidding for all three lots. Laing O’Rourke only won a place on the lower value lot although like Morgan Sindall it also bid for all three.

    Bam was also shortlisted for all three but only secured a place for the largest lot covering projects worth more than £35m. Graham is among the most successful having won a place on all three lots.

    Other high-profile names to miss out are Interserve and Willmott Dixon, which both bid for lots one and two, while Robertson also failed to secure a slot on any of the lots it went in for.

    New names to join the roster are Bouygues, which secured a place on lots two and three; Seddon, which has been chosen for lots one and two; and Bowmer & Kirkland, which won lots one and two. All three of these secured a place on all the lots they bid for.

    It is understood the winners are:

    The procurement for the refreshed framework was hit with some difficulty after tender documents had to be reissued in early February. This was understood to be due to issues with language used in the documents which would leave NWCH open to a legal challenge once any contracts were awarded.

    Since its establishment in 2009, the NWCH has delivered around 300 projects for around 80 clients, covering a construction value of more than £1.5bn. Projects have been completed across Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, and Cheshire through the framework.

    NWCH is also re-procuring its medium value framework, which covers projects between £2m and £9m, after starting soft market testing earlier this year.

    The contractors currently on the medium value framework are Bam, Conlon, Galliford Try, ISG, Keepmoat, Kier, Laing O’Rourke, Seddon, Vinci, Wates, and Willmott Dixon.

    The North West Construction Hub declined to comment.
