Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Ik heb hen nadien nog eens gemaild met de vraag of de reden van "uitstel" dan puur te maken had met die CAPA (laattijdig indienen) of dat het ergens anders mee te maken had. Ze hadden geen weet van effectieve data omdat FDA voor wat dat betreft rechtstreeks in contact staat met de manufacturer, maar volgens hen was nu alles resolved (dus opgelost). Maar, uiteraard, alvorens contact te hebben gehad met FDA kunnen zij niet uitspreken dat daarmee nu alles is uitgeklaard, of dat FDA nog bijkomende vragen of bemerkingen heeft op die CAPA. Stel dat die bijvoorbeeld pas 3 oktober binnen was (nogmaals bijvoorbeeld) dan kon dat een reden van uitstel zijn omdat die laattijdig binnen was. Men zei me dus even een volgend PB af te wachten zodat ze alle aandeelhouders uiteraard tegelijk officieel kunnen informeren. Zoals ik het las gingen ze er toch van uit (als ook de manufacturer) dat het met die CAPA opgelost zou moeten zijn.
    Ik wil nog wel eens vragen hoe het zit maar ik denk dat ze me nu kort zal antwoorden dat ik het PB moet afwachten. Het feit dat de manufacurer Acacia wel bevestigde dat de bemerkingen met die CAPA nu opgelost zijn, zie ik weinig reden tot ongerustheid.

    Aan het volume vandaag te zien, wacht iedereen nu op meer nieuws. Bijgevolg denk ik dat we met een duidelijk en concreet PB weer écht kunnen stijgen, zoals voor de approval. Daarop wacht iedereen, omdat die max. 2 maanden uitstel waar ze op hopen, voor veel beleggers (waaronder ook veel KT beleggers) onzekerheid is, die er dan uit gaat.

    Waar ik toch ook op wil wijzen is het volgende, Acacia is Brits-Amerikaans. ALS ze enkele dagen na approval aan zouden kondigen dat ze geld gaan ophalen, zou het me niet verwonderen, aangezien ze in de VS gaan verkopen, dat ze naar Nasdaq gaan. Let wel, pure veronderstelling. Toen Ablynx na hun fase 3 resultaten naar Nasdaq ging, liepen ze daar volledig storm voor. Dat zou ook wel eens interessant kunnen blijken. Maar goed, eerst die approval en hopelijk terug naar 4+ regionen.

    Dat PB komt er wel een dezer, gewoon geduld hebben; Acacia is zich wel bewust dat ze naar haar aandeelhouders toe moet communiceren. Het is uiteraard ook voor hen belangrijk dat de koers stijgt.

    Ongerust ben ik alvast niet, maar ze mogen niet te lang wachten om te communiceren.
