Op 16 mei had Esperite het volledige belang van Ecsponent in : Esperite Zuid Afrika nog overgenomen.
En vandaag zouden Esperite en Ecsponent samen hun gelijke delen verkocht hebben ?
Daar klopt iets niet ..
CryoSave South Africa was then sold for a price equivalent to two times the revenues (= dus 2x € 1,6 miljoen = 3,2 miljoen).
En dan .. .
The total purchase price payable by Go Life Healthcare to Esperite N.V. in respect of the Shares and the Loan Accounts, is ZAR 20 million (Twenty Million South African Rand).
Dat is dus minder dan € 1 miljoen. Ergo .. Esperite heeft na haar eigen overname van het Ecsponent deel een stevig boekverlies geleden vandaag bij de doorverkoop aan Go Life ..
