Productie is lig opgeschroefd per eerste week februari.

Fijne avond!

Bayhorse CEO, Graeme O'Neill comments "With the old timer miners, it was drill for structure, mine to establish grade. While continued discovery of bonanza grade silver assays at the Bayhorse greatly encourages us in our mine development, as the old timers knew, only mining over the coming months will provide us the actual mined grades."

Continued underground development work is investigating the mining projections of the Herdrick (1981) Report which estimated remaining shipping material at the Bayhorse Silver Mine to be 166,000 tons at 17 - 20 opt Ag at a 7.5 opt (233 g/t) Ag cutoff for gross contained ounces of between 2,825,000 and 3,324,000 Ag. He further estimated on-site milling material to be 473,000 tons at a 3 opt (93 g/t) Ag cutoff. Testing by Bayhorse with the Ore-Sorter at the Steinert facility in Kentucky has allowed the Company to establish a lower potential cut-off grade of 2.5 opt (77.8 g/t) Ag (News Release BHS 2017-14, August 10, 2017).

News release BHS2017-24 reported that mineralization intersected 50 feet below the Sunshine and Junction Zones, 160 and 340 feet respectively from the Mine portal, increased the vertical extent of mineralization to 70 feet from 20 feet in thickness. High silver grades at the Bayhorse Silver Mine have consistently been reported, including in News Releases, BHS2014-01, BHS2014-09, BHS2016-10, BHS2016-11, BHS2017-17.

The Company has established a quality control assay program at the Bayhorse Silver Mine. Production samples are split with half placed into a pulverizer, homogenized, dried, and submitted to XRF analysis with the other half retained for comparison. Check samples are sent for assay to a qualified lab. Mine samples reported are split, with one half retained for comparison. Assaying for the samples reported above was undertaken by Metsolve Labs of Langley, BC. The analytical method used for the silver analysis consisted of a 50 gram sample subjected to fire assay with gravimetric finish.

Bayhorse Silver (TSX-V:BHS), it’s a giant sleeper. They are coming out with a 43-101 shortly and will be in production before you can shake a stick.

Bayhorse Sells First Silver;
Closes Second Tranche of Financing

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 12, 2019) - Bayhorse Silver Inc., (TSXV: BHS) ("Bayhorse" or the "Company") has completed the sale of 1,320 ounces of .9999 refined silver from the current testing/refining program. As disclosed in the Company's new release BHS2019-06, silver is available for future sales and delivery.

The Company made available for future sales and delivery the first 1,000 ounces of .9999 fine silver in 10 ounce bars, on a first come, first served basis from the current test processing/refining program. Within 24 hours of the news release, requests for silver totaled 1,320 ounces in 10 ounce rounds. The Company honored all requests for silver received during that first 24 hour period.

Sale of the rounds, each 10 ounces (311 grams) of .9999 fine silver at US$15.10 per ounce, generated gross proceeds of US$19,932..

The Company delivers high grade concentrate to Mineral Solutions LLC, (Minerals), a Joint Venture between Irish Metals LLC and Liberty Refiners LLC, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho where they use a non-smelter process for final processing and refining.

The company plans to sell additional .9999 silver recovered as a result of our ongoing testing and refining process and will announce availabilities as they arise. The Incidental proceeds from sales generated during the testing program will be netted against costs of production prior to declaration of commercial production

Bayhorse CEO Graeme O'Neill comments, "Every Company looks forward to the time when the first sale is made. We are very pleased to have taken this step. With the cooperation of Minerals Solutions LLC, we have eliminated the need, and associated costs, of shipping concentrate to overseas smelters."

The analytical method used for the silver analysis consists of 1 Assay Ton (AT) samples subjected to fire assay with gravimetric finish.

Subject to TSX-V Exchange approval, the Company has closed a second tranche consisting of 1,100,000 Units, for gross proceeds of $110,000, of its previously announced non-brokered private placement for up to 7,500,000 Units at $0.10 per Unit, and is extending the PP closing until April 15, 2019.

Each C$0.10 Unit consists of one (1) common share and one (1) transferable common share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable into one (1) common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.15 cents, exercisable for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.

The securities distributed under the placement are subject to a four month hold.

In addition to any other exemption available to the Company, participation in this non-brokered financing is also open to all existing shareholders, even if not accredited investors, under the "existing shareholder" exemption of National Instrument 45-106 as promulgated in Multilateral CSA notice 45-313 in participating jurisdictions.

The funds raised are for the purpose of optimizing the silver recovery from the upgrading, processing and refining of silver mineralization delivered to Mineral Solutions LLC, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, (BHS2018-36) from the Bayhorse Silver Mine, as well as for general and administrative costs.

Insiders of the Company subscribed for 1,000,000 of the Units of the placement.

Bayhorse Achieves 95% Silver Recoveries from Bayhorse Silver Mine Concentrates, Utilizing Mineral Solutions LLC Leaching and Refining Process

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 15, 2019) - Bayhorse Silver Inc., (TSXV: BHS) ("Bayhorse" or the "Company"), has received final results from the comprehensive metallurgical testing, setup, and processing/refining program conducted by Mineral Solutions LLC ("Minerals") of Coeur d Alene, Idaho, USA, on silver concentrates from its Bayhorse Silver Mine, Oregon, USA.

This final exhaustive metallurgical testing was conducted to ensure that both Bayhorse concentration equipment, and the Minerals processing facility, are attuned for optimum processing/refining recovery of silver from the Bayhorse mineralization.

Dr. Mike Irish of Minerals oversaw the final set up at the Bayhorse Silver Mine to ensure the Bayhorse silver concentrate met their parameters for leaching/refining using their wet chemical process for sulphide minerals processing.

Minerals had already tested the Bayhorse highgrade mineralization, at 300 - 350 oz/ton Ag, (9,310 - 10,866 g/t) and compared the results to lower grade mined mineralization. Fresh mineralization in a lower grade section of the mine, in the range of 6 oz/ton to 20 oz/ton, (186.6 - 622 g/t) Ag was extracted from a new crosscut for this comparison.

The silver mineralization, with a calculated head grade of 8.12 oz/t (252.5 g/t) Ag, was first processed through the ore-sorter. As determined using mass balance calculations, ore-sorter upgrading to 31.22 oz/t (971 g/t) Ag was achieved, with rejects grading 0.6 oz/t (18.66 g/t) Ag.The subsequent gravity concentrate, assaying 209.8 oz/t Ag (6,525.5 g/t), was processed and refined by Minerals with 95% recovery, with the tails grading 3.22 oz/t (100.15g/t) Ag.

With the final testing and equipment array set ups complete at both Minerals and the Bayhorse Silver Mine, the Company is proceeding with concentrating and shipping fresh sulphide concentrate to Minerals for processing and refining into .9999 fine silver.

Bayhorse CEO Graeme O'Neill comments: "We are very pleased with the excellent final metallurgical results and silver recoveries by Minerals. Our decision to collaborate with Minerals, utilizing newly developed in America technological processes, in advancing our Bayhorse Silver Mine, instead of directly shipping concentrates overseas for smelting and refining, was the right decision and well worth the extra time it has taken to get things right."

The analytical method used for the silver analysis consists of 1 Assay Ton (AT) samples subjected to fire assay with gravimetric finish. Assays were conducted by Christopherson Umpire Assayers of Osburn, Idaho.

The Company is planning, in collaboration with Minerals, a second, modular containerized processing and refining facility in Canada for testing sulphide concentrates at the new Brandywine project, and for processing and refining other available, identified, sulphide concentrates.

The Company is not basing any decision to produce on a feasibility study of mineral reserves demonstrating economic and technical viability, and also advises there is an increased uncertainty and specific economic and technical risk of failure with any production decision. These risks include, but are not limited to, a drop in price of commodities produced, namely silver, copper, lead and zinc, from the pricing used to make a production decision. Failure of grades of the produced material to fall within the parameters used to make the production decision and increase in mining costs due to changes within the mine during development and mining procedures. There are also metallurgical recovery changes that cannot be anticipated at the time of production.

This News Release has been prepared on behalf of the Bayhorse Silver Inc. Board of Directors, which accepts full responsibility for its contents. Dr. Stewart Jackson, P.Geo., a Qualified Person and Consultant to the Company has prepared, supervised the preparation of, and approved the technical content of this press release.

On Behalf of the Board.
