    Mede lotgenoten,

    Onlangs vroeg ik het onderstaande. Helaas geen reactie, maar toch hoop ik dat iemand mij antwoord kan geven.

    Onlangs werd bekend dat Hiku WeedMD over zou nemen.
    'WeedMD shareholders will receive 1.4185 Hiku shares for each common share they hold, or about $2.52 each.'

    Kan iemand mij vertellen hoe dit nou precies in zijn werk gaat? Waarschijnlijk als ik geen actie onderneem, ontvang ik Hiku aandelen? Maar stel ik zou ze willen verkopen voor de prijs die boven wordt genoemd, hoe gaat dat in zijn werk? Ik zit bij Binck trouwens.

    En voor diegene die WeedMD in hun portefeuille heeft, wat gaan jullie doen?

    "The Transaction will be carried out by way of a plan of arrangement of WeedMD under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario), pursuant to which WeedMD shareholders will receive 1.4185 Hiku common shares (each, a "Hiku Share") in exchange (the "Exchange Ratio") for each WeedMD common share (a "WeedMD Share"), representing the equivalent of C$2.52 per WeedMD Share and a premium of 60% based on the closing prices of Hiku Shares on the Canadian Stock Exchange ("CSE") and the WeedMD Shares on the TSX-V on April 18, 2018, and a premium of 79% based on the 20-day volume-weighted-average-price ("VWAP") of the Hiku Shares on the CSE and WeedMD Shares on the TSX-V as of April 18, 2018."

    Dus een waarde van 2,52 CAD en een premium van 60% (koers 18-04-2018: 1.70), dus zo'n 1,- CAD. Dit zou (als ik het goed begrijp) een waarde vertegenwoordigen van zo'n 3,50 CAD (koers WeedMd vandaag: 1,99 CAD).

    Ik heb ook nog een klein plukje WeedMd, maar laat het voorlopig lekker staan en wacht de nieuwsberichten omtrent Hiku wel even af.

    Can nu 39 JH was bijna 45
    Acb nu 8 JH was 15

    Koersen staan zeker niet duur. Mooi instapmoment denk ik nu. Op lange termijn verwacht ik ook dat de koers minstens gaat verdubbelen.

    Ik denk ook dat het in orde komt. En als er uitstel is dan kan je bijkopen. Legaal gaat het sowieso worden.

    Idd goed nieuws die hopelijk de ganse cannabismarkt naar boven duwt deze middag.

    Bedankt voor jullie reactie en de tip.

    Zelf zit ik ook in o.a. Canopy.
    Ik las er alleen weinig over op het forum, vandaar dat ik even benieuwd was. Want wat ik begreep is Canopy juist een bedrijf met één van de meeste potentie.

    Gezien de bedragen die geïnvesteerd worden door bijvoorbeeld Aurora ruim 2 miljard. Kan ik mij niet voorstellen waarom de legalisatie niet door zou gaan. Hoogstens een uitstel.

    dit soort berichten vindt ik minder maar er moeten er ook short zitten.

    als je naar fugro kijkt zit daar 15% short in en de koers staat bijna op een JH dus hoog short % wil niet alles zeggen, kan er ook voor zorgen dat er een squeeze kan komen en dan gaan we helemaal sky high. anders weer omlaag en weer bijkopen en weer omhoog

    TGOD uses all natural, organic craft growing principles to cultivate synthetic pesticide-free medical cannabis. TGOD has also formed an alliance with Hamilton Utilities Corporation in Ontario, which has resulted in a significant reduction in its power costs. The company has another larger cultivation facility planned and located in Quebec, the province with the lowest power rates in Canada.

    The company’s partnership with Eaton Corp. is of tremendous benefit to both parties. By optimizing TGOD’s power costs to some of the lowest in the industry, Eaton intends to corner business in the rapidly growing cannabis market and establish itself as a leader in power management and lighting for cannabis cultivation. TGOD has also formed partnerships with Ledcor Group, one of the most respected vertically integrated construction companies in Canada, and the most technologically advanced greenhouse engineers, Larssen Ltd. This consortium will bring its world-class expertise to ensure that the company’s projects are completed on time and within budget.

    The company is currently undergoing phased construction of a 970,000 square foot expansion to it greenhouse facilities in Ontario and Quebec. This will increase cannabis production to 116,000 kilograms per year. The project will be funded by a recently secured $112 million private placement, which includes a $55 million strategic investment by another established cannabis grower, Aurora Cannabis Inc. (OTCQX: ACBFF) (TSX: ACB). This partnership with Aurora will position TGOD to have some of the largest and most technically advanced production facilities in the world (http://nnw.fm/XpYt8).

    The expansion to TGOD’s facility in Hamilton, Ontario, is expected to increase annual production to 14,000 kilograms by the end of 2018. This will bring the capacity of this facility up to 150,000 square feet. The company’s much larger cultivation facility on its 75-acre property in Quebec will cover 820,000 square feet when complete. Construction is currently underway, and TGOD expects it to be completed by Q2 2019.

    The company also has plans to secure a share of the growing cannabis oils market and recently obtained a supplemental license from Health Canada to produce cannabis oils. The license, effective April 20, 2018, will be crucial for furthering TGOD’s research and development in the niche and for expanding its intellectual property portfolio with new, high-quality organic products, according to CEO and Co-Chairman Robert Anderson (http://nnw.fm/gwYU7).

    Cannabis oil is an essential raw material for the production of several recreational market verticals, including edibles, concentrates, beverages and topicals. This commercial-scale extraction unit will be able to process up to 12,500 kilograms of raw material per year, which will produce high-quality organic cannabis oils.

    Ik zie dat sommige van jullie denken dat de koers omhoog zal gaan in junu/juli. Ik denk echter dat we nog een keer een forse daling gaan krijgen in de Cannabis sector. Als ik me niet vergis, was het in eerste instantie de bedoeling dat de wet in juli in zou gaan. ( corrigeer me als ik het mis heb ). Maar dit is al uitgesteld naar september. Iedereen weet dat dit nieuws er aan zit te komen, dus als een verassing komt het niet. Toch denk ik dat dit bericht de koers omlaag zal drukken en we een correctie krijgen, en dus nog goedkoper in kunnen stappen.
    Ik ben ook maar een amateur dus bind me hier niet op vast. Ik ben langzaam mijn cannabis aandelen aan het verkopen op een mooi moment, in de hoop dit binnenkort op een goedkoper punt terug te kunnen kopen. Voor de LT ben ik zeker positief over cannabis aandelen.
