    AMSTERDAM (AFN) - Eurocastle Investment Limited heeft zijn belang van 27 procent in het Italiaanse vastgoedfonds Fund Investment III verkocht. Dat bleek vrijdag.

    Eurocastle Announces Sale of Real Estate Fund Units

    Guernsey, 17 February 2017 – Eurocastle Investment Limited (Euronext Amsterdam: ECT) today announces that it has sold its 27% interest in the units of Fund Investment III, an unlisted Italian real estate fund. The transaction, together with other distributions, has resulted in total estimated proceeds of €20.9 million1 or €0.35 per share, compared to the most recently reported adjusted NAV of €12.4 million, or €0.21 per share. The units were acquired in September 2015 for total consideration of €10.7 million. Taking into account €7.8 million of prior distributions from the investment, this represents a total profit of €18 million and an IRR of 137%.

    Inkomsten Eurocastle stijgen

    GUERNSEY (AFN) - Eurocastle Investment heeft zijn operationele inkomsten vorig jaar flink zien groeien. Dat meldde de in Amsterdam genoteerde, in Italië actieve vastgoedonderneming donderdag.

    De middelen uit operaties (funds from operations of FFO) kwamen in 2016 uit op 46 miljoen euro, tegen iets meer dan 17 miljoen euro een jaar eerder. In het vierde kwartaal steeg dit bedrag tot 12,5 miljoen euro, na een resultaat van 11,9 miljoen euro in het derde kwartaal. De nettowaarde van de bezittingen liep vorig jaar op tot 9,16 euro per aandeel, tegen 7,35 euro per aandeel in 2015.

    Eurocastle investeert tegenwoordig als 'closed end'-fonds uitsluitend in Italië in vastgoedleningen waarbij schuldenaren in gebreke blijven (non-performing loans) en andere aan vastgoed gerelateerde activa.

    first quarter ended 31 March 2017.
    ? Normalised FFO1 of €26.0 million, or €0.43 per share2, for the first quarter of 2017 including one-off impacts from sales and the
    remaining realisations from the Legacy Business.
    ? Adjusted Net Asset Value3 of €548.9 million, or €9.13 per share2, after the declaration of the regular quarterly dividend of €0.15
    per share2.
    ? First Quarter 2017 Dividend
    - €9.0 million, or €0.15 per share2, of regular quarterly dividend declared in March 2017 and to be paid on 31 May 2017.
    - In addition, and in line with the new distribution policy announced in March 2017, the Board of Directors has declared a
    supplemental dividend for the period of €8.4 million, or €0.14 per share2, also payable on 31 May 2017 to shareholders of
    record at close of business on 23 May 2017, with an ex-dividend date of 22 May 20174.

    Ze zijn dus belangen goed te gelde aan het maken, dat real Estate fund had het ook erg goed gedaan.

    ik heb gister op het nieuws gekocht, want er is ook nog steeds een discount tov de NAV van 9,13 (waarin Do-bank imo dus ook nog is ondergewaardeerd)

    Pas als de 1e notering voor DoBank bekend is verwacht ik een duidelijke koersbeweging.

    Het is me trouwens niet duidelijk of ze nieuwe aandelen gaan uitgeven of alleen bestaande aandelen gaan verkopen.

    Stemrecht boven de 5 procent meldingsgrens.

    (ABM FN-Dow Jones) King Street Capital Management heeft een groter stemrecht in Eurocastle Investment gemeld. Dit bleek uit een melding in het kader van de Wet op het financieel toezicht, gedateerd op 20 juni 2017.

    King Street meldde een stemrecht van 5,82 procent zonder kapitaalbelang.
    Op 4 mei 2017 meldde King Street meldde een eerste stemrecht van 3,33 procent, eveneens zonder kapitaalbelang.

    Wet op het financieel toezicht
    De melding valt onder de Wet melding zeggenschap, die sinds 1 januari 2007 onder de overkoepelende Wet op het financieel toezicht valt. Volgens deze wet moeten aandeelhouders met een belang groter dan 3 procent elke wijziging in hun belang melden bij het overschrijden van de volgende drempelwaarden: 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 75 en 95 procent. Dit geldt zowel bij het opbouwen als het afbouwen van een belang.
