Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    inmiddels is de laatst doorgeschoven deadline voor de Libra-FPSO tender gepasseerd.
    (11 februari 2017) En er is niet opnieuw uitgesteld. Het tijdvenster tot de toekenning van de order begint te sluiten voor SBM Offshore, dat eerst de Braziliaanse leniency rond moet krijgen, voordat het bedrijf in aanmerking komt voor de Libra order.

    Anderzijds, als het SBM Offshore niet lukt om op tijd te schikken voor de 1e Libra-opdracht, dan is er ruime herkansing. In de afgelopen 2 jaar zijn er artikelen verschenen waarin melding wordt gedaan van een reeks van 8 tot zelfs 11 FPSO's om het hele Libra olieveld te "ontginnen".

    Er loopt nogal wat mbt Local content, zie ook mijn andere post in dit draadje. Uit onderstaande concludeer ik dat de Libra tender toch minimaal tot 9-3 (daarna moet er een advies gemaakt worden..kan ook nog enige tijd in beslag nemen) is uitgesteld op basis van deze local content eisen.

    ANP to open consultation on local content exemption request from Libra FPSO
    09/02/2017 - The National Agency of Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) opens on Thursday, 9, public consultation to collect subsidies to analyze the request for exemption from compliance with local content (waiver) FPSO Libra .

    According to the agency, the consultation will last 30 days, counted from the publication in the Official Gazette of the Union. Contributions can be sent to the address isencao02@anp.gov.br. The public hearing is scheduled for March 30.

    The ANP informs that the objective with the consultation and the hearing, is to ensure the transparency and participation of all stakeholders in the decision-making process.

    The request for exemption from the obligations of local content regarding the hiring of the Stationary Production Unit, which will be allocated to meet the Pilot Project of Libra, was presented by Petrobras on August 30, 2016. "Since then, the ANP has been analyzing the documentation Sent by the company and even requested additional information for the investigation of the process, "he reports.

    After analyzing the information received, the technical area will prepare a recommendation to the Collegiate Board, which will decide on the request.

    US Bedrijven hoeven betalingen aan overheden niet meer te verantwoorden. Streep door anti corruptie maatregel door meneer Trump. SBM wordt ook genoemd, ondanks dat het niet onder de maatregel viel. Vervolging van SBM in de US lijkt me hiermee ook uitgesloten. Fd:
    "Voor Shell, dat een beursnotering tevens in New York heeft, kan het intrekken van de verplichting betekenen dat het gemakkelijk wordt om in de VS te opereren. Shell in Den Haag kon woensdagmiddag nog geen commentaar geven. SBM Offshore is een ander Nederlands bedrijf in de Amerikaanse olie-industrie, met een dochter in Houston. Ook dit bedrijf wordt verweten illegale betalingen te hebben gedaan in het buitenland en is daarvoor veroordeeld, maar SBM heeft geen beursnotering in Amerika en viel dus niet onder de wet die nu door Trump is ingetrokken.

    Petrobras tekent weer 4 settlements inzake de aanklacht tegen wanbeleid. Nu iets van $372 miljoen. Das allemaal leuk en vooral snel. Kunnen we in 2018/19 (of 20/21) ook een overeenkomst met SBM tegemoet zien?

    SBM-JGC rumoured to win FLNG contract
    BRAZZAVILLE , February 24, 2017 – A consortium of SBM Offshore and Japan’s JGC is likely to be selected as the preferred contractor for NewAge’s Marine 12 FLNG project offshore Republic of Congo, industry watchers said on Friday.
    The winner of the contract must carry out engineering work on the project before submitting a final price and receiving a final investment decision, expected in Q3 2017. Following the decision, construction activities would begin with first production expected in 2020-2021.

    NewAge has the option to build a second FLNG, and if exercised it is likely to have similar specifications to the first.
    Jean-Paul Bidiet, country representative of NewAge Congo, told TOGY the Asian market is of particular interest in terms of exports.
    “We have done marketing studies for the export market in the coming years, and the Asian market is especially interesting. It is the reason why we are already working on floating LNG replication projects in Cameroon and Nigeria.”
