    Accsys Technologies (AXS): Gap Fill Rebound Targets 86p

    It is evident on the daily chart of Accsys Technologies over much of the past year that the shares have been trapped within a trading range between the 60p and 80p zone. This looks to have been a positive consolidation, something which is said on the basis of the latest bounce off the 200 day moving average currently running at 68p. Indeed, there is actually a further near term positive technical trigger in the form of the brief June probe and rebound towards the former February gap floor at 61p. This is a decent bull signal in its own right – and together with the reaction at the 200 day line can be regarded as more than sufficient to provide the bulls with a fresh leg to the upside. Just how high this could stretch is implied by the trajectory of a rising trend channel from December with its resistance line projection pointing as high as 86p. This is regarded as the 1-2 months target, at least while there is no weekly close back below the 200 day line. Only cautious traders would currently be waiting on a clearance of the 10 day moving average at 70p as a momentum buy trigger before taking the plunge on the upside.
