    SunHydrogen Announces $10.0 Million Registered Direct Offering
    SUNHYDROGEN, INC.
    SANTA BARBARA, CA , Feb. 25, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SunHydrogen, Inc. (OTC: HYSR), the developer of a breakthrough technology to produce renewable hydrogen using sunlight and water, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor to purchase 95,238,096 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase an aggregate of up to 71,428,572 shares of common stock, in a registered direct offering. The combined purchase price for one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase 0.75 of a share of common stock is $0.105. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.12 per share, will be immediately exercisable and will expire five years from the issue date.

    H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.

    The gross proceeds from the registered direct offering are expected to be approximately $10.0 million. The registered direct offering is expected to close on or about March 1, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

    The securities described above are being offered pursuant to a "shelf" registration statement (File No. 333-252523) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on January 28, 2021 and declared effective on February 3, 2021.     SunHydrogen Partners with Schmid Group of Germany to Scale Its Gen 2 NanoParticle Technology to Produce Renewable Hydrogen
    SANTA BARBARA, CA – March 8, 2021 - SunHydrogen, Inc. (OTC:HYSR), the developer of a breakthrough technology to produce renewable hydrogen using sunlight and water, today announced the addition of Blake Bryson as its Manager of Technology Development. Bryson, a chemical engineer specializing in renewable energy technologies, has been a major contributor to the Company’s progress working on its nanoparticle technology at the University of Iowa. Bryson will work alongside SCHMID Group in Freudenstadt Germany and report to Dr. Joun Lee, Technical Director with SunHydrogen.

    Dit is echt mijn “euromillions” aandeeltje. Kletsen gekregen afgelopen tijd, maar als je dan ziet dat het 30% kan herstellen op een dag...
    Misschien wordt het niets, misschien is het jackpot...leuk om volgen.
    De waarde zit vooral in de patenten, vermoed ik.
    Plus het gegeven “groene H2”, waar we sowieso naartoe moeten.

    Deze heb en volg ik al een tijdje en verwacht er tegen eind 2021 eerlijk gezegd veel van.
    Indien hun G2 de gewenste testresultaten haalt, dan zal dit zeker eentje zijn om te koesteren.
    Hun patenten en technologie zijn van onschatbare waarde..
    Dit kan gaan van héél lokaal bij particulieren, industrie, en zelfs op mars.
