Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Uit het persbericht van 8 oktober 2012:

    "In addition to INEOS’s joint investment programme with Accsys into the Tricoya business, INEOS Industries Holdings Limited has subscribed for 23,529,412 new ordinary shares in Accsys, at a price of €0.17 per share. Admission of these shares onto the London Stock Exchange and Euronext
    Amsterdam markets is expected to take place no later than 19 October 2012 following receipt by Accsys of subscription monies totalling €4,000,000. The new ordinary shares issued to Ineos will represent 5.4% of the issued share capital of Accsys. The Company has also executed a warrant instrument in favour of INEOS, allowing INEOS the opportunity to purchase up to a further 16,468,236 shares at a price of €0.21 per share at certain times during the course of the next four years."

    In principe mooi natuurlijk dat er ergens tussen nu en 2016 nog ruim 3,5 miljoen aan cash binnenkomt als INEOS de 16,468,236 nieuwe aandelen op 21 cent koopt. Ik vraag me wel af in hoeverre dit invloed kan hebben op de koers?

    Accoya, the world-leading modified wood product from Accsys Technologies now contributes to three direct LEED certification credits following a recent update of the LEED certification system by the U.S. Green Building Council, which is driving the adoption of high- performance, eco-friendly materials in sustainable building projects.

    The substantially reworked Materials and Resources section of the design and construction schemes of the new LEED version 4-released during Greenbuild 2013-now specifically recognizes Cradle to Cradle (C2C) certified and other independently assessed products in a move to incorporate environmental consideration of a product's entire life cycle.

    Under the latest version of the LEED system, C2C-certified products are listed as a path to compliance with materials ingredient reporting, which rewards the use of products for which chemical ingredients are inventoried using an accepted methodology. Accoya-a C2C Gold certified product-is rewarded with additional LEED points for the use of products verified to minimize the use and generation of harmful substances.

    Accoya receives further LEED credits under the new scheme for being environmentally assessed using Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) and Life-Cycle Assessment (LCA). These new credits come on top of existing LEED points awarded for the responsible sourcing of raw materials.

    Manufactured using Accsys Technologies' proprietary process, Accoya is one of the most advanced modified wood products on the market today delivering outstanding levels of performance, including exceptional dimensional stability and the best durability available (Class 1 following EN 350). Accoya also matches or exceeds the performance of tropical hardwoods, and boasts excellent environmental credentials by using fast-growing softwood, sustainably sourced from FSC- certified forests.

    Nee, slecht nieuws komt er niet aan. De sprint naar boven gaat de meeste speculanten niet hard genoeg, dus die stappen nu uit.

    Helemaal mee eens Kahun. Ik heb net veel geld verdiend aan de verkoop van Pharming. Alles verkocht.Ruim 10 jaar geleden heb ik versatel gehad. De koers steeg ineens toen John de Mol instapte met een stevige aankoop. Ik sluit niet uit dat zoiets ook gaat gebeuren met Accsys Technologies.Ineens stijgt de koers omdat een of meerdere grote investeerders instappen. Daar is Accsys een ideaal aandeel voor.
