    Vanaf 10 feb is de koers heel langzaam aan het oplopen onder behoorlijk volume. De koper(s) laat ook duidelijk in het boek zien dat hij stukken wil hebben. As vrijdag 27 feb noteert Tetragon exdividend en worden de jaarcijfers 2014 en de maandcijfers over januari 2015 bekendgemaakt volgens hun site.

    Het is vreemde handel maar ik blijf voorlopig zitten.

    LONDON, Feb. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- On 25 February 2015, the Board of Tetragon Financial Group Limited ("TFG") declared a dividend of U.S. $0.1575 (15.75 cents) per share in respect of Q4 2014. The ex-dividend date is 27 February 2015. The record date is 2 March 2015. Payment of the dividend will take place on 23 March 2015.

    The TFG website (www.tetragoninv.com) includes information on TFG's Optional Stock Dividend Plan for those shareholders electing to receive dividends in the form of TFG shares.

    Dividend per share (DPS) reflects the amount declared for each quarter for the period from Q4 2011 to Q4 2014.

    Investment Composition:

    As of the end of January 2015, the company held investments in the equity tranches of U.S. and European CLOs, U.S. senior secured loans, asset management businesses, hedge funds, real estate funds, equities and CLO mezzanine tranches, with the remainder of the net assets held in cash plus or minus certain net other assets or liabilities. Derivative mark-to-market gains and losses are contained within net other assets or liabilities.

    The geographical allocation of TFG's investments was determined to be 58.9% U.S., 13.5% Europe and 1.6% Asia at month-end. Investments in certain hedge funds and other investment vehicles which have underlying investments that span more than one geographic region are considered to be "global" and represent 26.0%. Interests in asset management businesses have been excluded from this calculation.

    "De koper" is er weer sinds 14.30. Hij legt weer de bekende blokken in en veegt zo af en toe de markt schoon. Tegelijkertijd legt ie mi ook aan de laat kant blokken in om de verkopers over de streep te trekken.

    Maar goed, we wachten maar verder af wat dit bijzonder vage fonds ons gaat brengen.

    ik had ook het idee dat de gedrukte koers naar ca 9.60 van afgelopen maanden wel eens een grote verkoper kon zijn geweest.
