Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 156.847496p
    per share.
    Highest price paid: 157.5p
    Lowest price paid: 156.4p
    Following the cancellation of these shares, the number of shares in issue will
    be 1,462,508,955.

    Het aantal komt toch akelig dichtbij de 1460.

    Nog twee dagen en we zitten keurig 100,000,000 stukjes minder. Dat is toch mooi 6,8%.

    Het zou mooi zijn wanneer ze 5 november weer een nieuwe buy-back aankondigen voor komend seizoen. Wat een aantal hier ook denken over koersmanipulatie in relatie tot het buy-back programma, uiteindelijk blijven er significant minder aandelen in de markt.

    Ben benieuwd waarop het aantal eindigd. De optie bestaat om alsnog 10% van de eigen aandelen in te kopen. Of dat op korte termijn verstandig is betwijfel ik. Laat dat over aan de nieuwe CeO.
