Als ik het goed zie is de conversieprijs 0,0011 of 65% van de gemiddelde koers over 25 beursdagen.

Anders gezegd: dit wordt een dumpfestijn en feest voor Black Mountain.

Ik ben het niet eens met jouw stelling dat dit een dumpfestijnen feest voor Black Mountain gaat worden. Je hebt het zelfs al over een miljard aandelen.

Ik ben juist van mening dat ze het allemaal heel netjes doen en de boel op een verantwoorde manier herstructureren.

We gaan het zien.

En waarom denk je dat de koers inmiddels met ca 99,9% gedaald is....??

Ik denk niet dat jij ervaring hebt het OTC-aandelen, anders zou je niet zo luchtig doen.

Ik zit juist vrijwel uitsluitend in de otc aandelen en ken uiteraard alle risico's die dat met zich meebrengt, maar er zijn binnen die otc altijd uitzonderingen en het is de kunst om die eruit te pikken.

Codesmart heeft een werkelijke business (dat is al een enorm pluspunt t.o.v. veel andere otc-rommel). Ze zijn aanspreekbaar en toegankelijk voor de aandeelhouders.

mr. Roca lijkt mij geen koekenbakker. Die weet echt wel waar hij het over heeft.

Aandelen verkopen is niet hun "ding". Hun business wel.

Enfin: nogmaals > we gaan het zien joh.

Ik las hier ergens: no guts, no glory...en zo is het ook.

ik weet het verder niet, maar ik vermoed dat CodeSmart niet zo gek veel geld nodig heeft voor het type business waar ze inzitten.
Ik weet niet hoe het in Amerika gaat, maar bijv. cursussen hier moeten vooraf betaald worden, danwel in termijnen als het een langdurige cursus is. Docenten worden vaak ingehuurd, in ieder geval een deel. Zelfde geld voor consultants.

Datzelfde gevoel heb ik ook kahoona. Die cursussen worden digitaal aangeboden en dat vergt natuurlijk niet veel arbeidskracht, huur van grote kantoorruimtes, of logistieke acties. Bovendien is het product, voorzover ik dat heb begrepen, erg goed. Er loopt een deadline richting 1 oktober 2015. De tijd wordt dus steeds korter en men is binnen de medische beroepsgroep volgens dat Obama health care programma verplicht om aan dat kennisniveau te voldoen. Lijkt mij een goed bericht voor de te verwachten omzet.

Bij een koers van 0,002 is dit bedrag goed voor bijna 400 miljoen aandelen.

Zelfs na uitgifte leningen en aandelen is er nog bijna niks in kas.

Het is mij een raadsel waar het geld gebleven is.

Deadlines zijn er om opgeschoven te worden ... van de andere kant, is al een keer gebeurd als ik me niet vergis ... dat maakt het waarschijnlijk dat de datum blijft staan, danwel een paar maanden wordt opgeschoven.

ITEN on its way to moving to new highs on OTCBB

There's some good strong reasons to buy ITEN.

They are under new management. Sharon Franey, who is looking to become the new CEO has a successful past of running large multi million dollar corporations, she is a very good public speaker, shes got youtube videos out there, shes on linkedin with a very successful past and proven track history, she doesn't neglect the public, works very hard, is dedicated and most importantly, she doesn't fail and takes care of business.

She forced the former CEO out, Ira Shapiro, because he was crooked and nearly destroyed the company.

ITEN at its height, was worth well over 150M, 150 million dollars! Thats a lot, a lot of bread. Codesmart group last traded above $6 a share on 2013-07-29, where it closed at $6.01. ITEN last hit a buck on 2014-01-27.

CodeSmart Group has government contracts, healthcare contracts, contracts with the universities, they have students interested in their products and they are enrolled and working with them.

ICD9 is available now by ITEN! ICD10 will be available on October 1st. This is mandated by Obamacare. Thanks Obama!

ITEN's share price will only increase as we get closer to the availability and release date of ICD10. ICD9 & 10 is the companys core product and goldmine.

According to wikipedia, ICD is short for International Classification of Diseases. ICD is designed as a health care classification system, providing a system of diagnostic codes for classifying diseases. Als je L2 bij dit aandeel bekijkt, dan is dat bijna ongelooflijk. Deze stijgt dus gewoon 30% op een heeeel klein volume. Als het nieuws hier komt dan kan ie zo maar echt flink omhoog knallen.

Dan zal het nieuws goed moeten zijn. Op basis van de laatste paar nieuwsberichten schat ik dat er zeker 150 miljoen aandelen op de markt zijn. Veel hangt dan af van het businessplan en van de inkomsten die het bedrijf gegenereerd heeft of nog binnen gaat krijgen.

De 10q nog steeds niet verschenen; er schijnt nog aan gewerkt te worden. Hieronder een weergave van een telefoongesprek dat iemand met Diego Roca, de Restructuring Officer, had en dat eergisteren op Investorshub te vinden was:

I just talked to Diego at 0920 PST and he took the time to talk to me about what is going on. Believe it or not, this is what took place:

I called and first he expressed how taking (30) calls a day about business plan and 10q is annoying basically. He remained calm but this much pressure is annoying. I expressed that shareholders need some type of communication especially when we are working with a missed deadline of over three weeks.

He said that there have been some complicated transactions and conversions of notes that have slowed down the process, not to mention the new auditor that has just came on-board. There have been some new people come on board also that have made this go alittle slower than hoped.

He pointed out that he has just came on board within the last month and it takes time to re-familiarize himself with everything that is going on along with playing cleanup. He will not send something out that is going to be public if he doesn't not have 100% confidence that it is accurate and complete. This will only make things worse. (I don't blame him).

He can not give dates out over the phone or to an individual investor. (Insider trading). However, he said his best guess is one day this week. (so today is still on the table).

Then I asked some additional questions:
1) What is the process for the 10Q being public? He said as soon as they hit the send button. It is immediately available once it is complete.

2) Is ICD-10 currently being taught? Yes, currently there are roughly 800-900 students taking courses. Remember that as the deadline comes closer that the enrollment will increase to meet the Oct 1, 2015 deadline. It takes roughly six months to go through the training. There is a drastic increase expected prior to next summer.

At this point I didn't push anymore. The man is working to increase the productivity of ICD-10 and CodeSmart. He is not necessarily there to make this a stock hotplate that we all want. That is understandable as if the business is doing well the stock will follow. Though he does understand where the shareholders are coming from and he hopes to increase pps as much as he can without effecting his ability to bring the company up.

I hope this helps with anyone's doubts. I like to have some type of feedback as there are a lot of scams out there that won't think twice of taking your money... I think ITEN is still a good investment.
