Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Kan iemand aangeven/inschatten hoeveel de prijs boven de € 3,50 komt te liggen?

    Update on Disposal Program, Return of Capital and Change of Auditors
    The Board of Yatra Capital Limited (“the Company”) announces the disposal of its equity interest in a residential project investment in Treasure Town – Bijalpur, Indore, India. The Company, through its 100% subsidiary, K2 Property Limited, has approved a phased exit from this investment for a total consideration of INR 439 mn (c. EUR 5.24mn), of which EUR 4.57 mn has to date been received. The balance proceeds from this divestment is expected to be received by March 2014. The total cash received from various disposals since 1st April 2013 is now EUR 12.2 mn.
    The Board has resolved to return to shareholders as soon as practicable the sum of EUR 10 mn using tender mechanism in which all shareholders will be asked to participate. The timing of the tender and the announcement of its terms will however be delayed in order for shareholders to be able to review the interim financial statements for the Company for the period to 30th September 2013 in deciding to participate or not. The Company intends to publish its interim results and the price at which the Company will tender for shares, during the week commencing 25th November 2013.

    Redemption Offer Terms 2012
    ? Ordinary shares will be redeemed at a price of €3.50 per ordinary share (the 'Redemption Price');
    ? The Company will redeem a maximum of 2,142,857 ordinary shares, representing 10% of the total number of Yatra shares currently in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) (the ‘Redemption Limit');
    ? Shareholders will have the right to redeem approximately 10% of their shareholding (the ‘Redemption Shares');
    ? Shareholders who wish to redeem additional shares over and above their Redemption Shares may request that more of their shares (up to their entire holding) are redeemed at the Redemption Price ('Additional Redemption Shares'). To the extent that any shareholders do not accept the Redemption Offer (or only accept the Redemption Offer in part) , the Board intends to redeem such Additional Redemption Shares pro rata amongst shareholders who make such application until the Redemption Limit is reached; and
    ? Redemption offers will only be made to (and acceptances may only be received from) shareholders who hold settled shares as close of business on the Record Date, 29 November 2012, being the end of the response period.
