Micro Identification Technologies Inc. ("MIT"), formerly Micro Imaging Technology is a development stage public company (OTCBB "MMTC"), objectives are to become a global leader in developing, supporting and marketing rapid systems and processes that detect and identify microbial organisms. MIT has developed and patented a technology (United States Patent: 6,421,121) for rapid microbe identification. The technology is a non-biological identification process that is extremely fast, easy to use and does not rely on conventional chemical or biological processing, fluorescent tags, gas chromatography or DNA analysis. The system measures scattered light intensity as individual microbes pass through a laser beam. The intensity pattern of the scattered light is a direct consequence of the size, shape and external and internal optical characteristics of the microbe. By measuring scattered light at specific angles, the system detects and differentiates objects the size of bacteria, protozoa, yeasts and molds.

MIT 1000 from Micro Identification Technologies (MIT) is a laser-based, rapid microbial identification system capable of identifying 23 different species of pathogenic bacteria - just minutes after culturing. Due to the small sample volume required, culture time is also reduced by up to 50% compared to standard testing procedures. In most cases, results can be obtained in as little as eight hours from the time the culturing process begins.

The device uses the principles of light scattering to discriminate various bacteria cells that are suspended in filtered water. Incident laser light both reflects off the bacteria's outer surface and penetrates the body of the bacterium, the light interacts with any structural features and eventually emerges from inside the cell. These light patterns are unique for each species and thereby create a signature that is captured and stored in a computer data base.

The MIT 1000 features 35 photo detectors that surround the sample vial and collect light scattering intensities that are generated when a cell intersects the laser beam. The scattering values collected by the detectors are statistically analyzed by MIT's proprietary software that contains an extensive database of values for each bacteria seen by the photo detectors. Identification occurs when 10-50 organisms are analyzed, and typically takes less than 10 minutes.

    READ THIS THEORY
We got the world watching this little stock that does not promote and it is managed by a very good management team.
Okay guys follow me on this.
    1. Remember FORSEER proclaiming a big PR coming out on Monday and how the ceo needed the PPS TO reach .10 by the end of the week. Well I think there is some truth to what FORSEER was saying.

    2. Now I got your attention First remember Mr. Brennan BIO well let me remind you Mr Brennan has spent over twenty-five years within the computer industry and participated in the founding of four companies that successfully became publicly held corporations through IPOs: three on NASDAQ; Computer Automation (CAI), Symmetricom, Inc. (Datum - SYMM) and Interscience (INTR) and one on the London International Stock Exchange, Optim, Plc
IPO IPO IPO He knows how to operate within the Exchange and get the biggest bang for his PPS. Like I posted before MMTC is stragetically planning the PRs. When the springs are tightly coiled and he got the attention of everybody he is going to release the BIG PR.

    3. Now the .10 PPS - I'm thinking more like .20 to make the .10 PPS a support level. Remember the Prospectus filed on July 22 for 40 mil shares. Take 40 mil x .10 = $4,000,000 I think that is the amount they want to finance from DUTCHESS (There is some misinformation about the DUTCHESS financing read my email below from MMTC about the DUTCHESS financing). This will only increase the OS by 82 mil. Which would put us at 342 mil OS which is crap when talking about a penny.

    4. Where did that other 42 mil diluted shares come from I want to thank BANKSHOT for providing that info. The other 42 mil shares came from ASHER and those huge 3rd market trades we have been seeing is probably from ASHER. Now ASHER and a 3rd financer are due additional $142,000 in notes that is coming due (Once again I want to thank BANKSHOT for providing that info). I'm suspecting MMTC will payoff those notes before they convert to common stock. Did I forget to mention who is the majority shareholder is Anthony M. Frank. Who is a former Postmaster General and chairman of the board and chief executive officer of First Nationwide Bank, the second-largest consumer banking operation in America. Mr. Frank currently serves on the Boards of Charles Schwab & Co. and Transamerica Corporation. BANKER BANKER BANKER don't you think he knows a little about banking.

    5. Do not worry about the insiders selling any shares soon. I think we are onto something big here. I hoping for a PR tomorrow, but do not hold me to it this is only a theory of mine. We got everybodies attention and the spring are coiled and ready to explode. Before I go I always look back at this email from last year from John at MMTC
xxxxx, sorry for not understanding your question. We have not been contacted by major media channels as of yet, but suspect we will once we get some traction.

xxxxx, Emily is “spot on” in her summary of testing within the dairy plant……….disposal of the bacteria is the problem. Only those companies that can afford to build a lab that is separate from their “production” do their own testing and even they also send a portion to outside labs for confirmation. So, contract labs in addition to the food processors are target customers for us. It would be better for us to talk with their contract lab instead of them.

The Dutchess equity draw down Agreement is very dependent on stock price and volume. We can only draw down cash based upon a portion of stock that they can sell. The actual formula is share volume*price*0.95. So at our current $.025 cent price, they would need to sell an average of 2M shares / day over a 10 day period for us to get $47.5K. Presently, our volume is about 200K/day, so this translates into about $9.5K/month. Our goal is to get our stock to upwards of 6 cents and our volume to 500K that would net us about $57K / month. We can draw down up to $5M given the aforementioned formula. So, this contribution is part of the $2.5M discussed. You should be able to get the details of the Dutchess Deal in our recently filed 10Q or by going to the SEC site for MMTC. If not, let me know and I will direct to the exact place.

Thanks again for your interest and support.

    Best regards,
    John
